had the chopped salad. that was not a chopped salad. it was a bunch of cabbage pit of a bag. some random grapes, cucumbers, avocado, walnuts. no lettuce. very small and dry. $15.00 for a bowl of cabbage? weirdest salad I've ever had

We heard the beignets were fantastic so we ordered them as an appetizer. They were out. The keylime pie was also out. Kid ordered the Cuban. That was out. Ok....Ended up with 2 plates of fish tacos and a vegetarian pizza. For an appetizer we got the calamari which apparently has artichoke also fried and mixed in? I didn't read the description thoroughly obviously. Super greasy - we all felt nauseous afterwards. The pizza was nothing special. Not fantastic. Not awful. I quite enjoyed the fish tacos but the lemon aioli for the cauliflower was very heavy on the mayonnaise taste. I would prefer a fresher taste for lemon and cauliflower. Our waiter was very good but I don't think I would purposely go back here. 4 stars. 3 for food. 1 for waiter and greeter.

Ate there today and was told the fish tacos were mahi-mahi but they tasted like salmon and weren’t good. I couldn’t really see with the poor lighting but took them home and yep it is salmon! Food isn’t great for the price. Last time we ate brunch there my potatoes were cold and I had to send them back. Should have sent those nasty tacos back too! Won’t be back.

never been disappointed. love the atmosphere the staff and food is yummy

The atmosphere was lovely for a group lunch, with music at a reasonable volume, lighting very soothing, and tables moved together for a more private effect. Service was exceptional and time to wait for our food was minimal. Club sandwich was huge, as was the Cuban, but the latter had a spicy mustard already slathered on which was way too heavy on the pepper. Pork chop and salads were just right. Pizza had good taste, but the quantity of cheese was lacking. Cheeseburger was on the small side and too well done. Fries were just okay, but at least were hot. House slaw contains peanut, which some liked and some did not. Many choices of wine. Menu did not indicate if vegan or gluten free choices were available. Some in the group noticed the high sodium content of their meals, witness the swelling of hands and feet later on. Cork and Pig has one menu with the same prices for both lunch and dinner (along with a Sat.-Sun. brunch menu), which seems odd and makes it a bit pricey for stopping in at lunch. $14 for burger and fries that were "okay" but not outstanding is too much for San Angelo. It does, however, provide plenty of parking and is within walking distance of three hotels. I'll end by saying the nearby Cheddar's offers just as tasty entrees at much more friendly prices.

The bartender was friendly and gave great suggestions. Excited for him to move to DFW so we can visit him at the Irving location. Pizza was perfect and my spinach artichoke dip delish.

The food here was nice. The service was just okay. It would have been nice if the management team was not bullshiting around at opening time. The manager seems to be very unprofessional.

The best the service is always outstanding. The server always goes above and beyond. The food is always on time and hot.

The best Texas style food in San Angelo! Visited my son at Goodfellow AFB and was told we had to eat here. Absolutely the best rib and peanut coleslaw around. You have to save room for dessert because their beignets are amazing!!! We loved them so much we went back the next night just for dessert!

Arrived before 6pm and ordered several 1/2 price appetizers. Wings, spinach dip and veggie pizza. All were as good as expected. Two of us used that as a meal and shared with other two that ordered a chicken salad and cheeseburger. Burger was cooked to perfection, but it could have had a few more pickles and onions when served. Our server, Sydney was very personable and attentive to our needs. It was a Friday night and the place filled up fast, but the servers hustled and looked like they were keeping up with the pace. Bar drinks were good and beer cold.
