Tried ordering chicken for delivery order total came to over $75 and the store had the driver call me and tell me they didn't have the chicken to complete my order all they had was legs and thighs seems like a restaurant that specializes in selling chicken should be able to actually complete an order for such a thing I will never use them again
Changed the taste on their chicken strips fry, not good at all
We went thru the drive-thru. We were told it would take 9 minutes for macaroni and cheese it was cold n the chicken was old n dry. We wasted $25.00. horrible experience.
I’m very disappointed in the food. Just a waste of money. The first thing about this food was the chicken tenders looked old. Also the chicken thighs were under cooked. I asked for mashed potatoes without the gravy and the man said they only had them with the gravy. So I asked for a family gravy and ended up with a small brown gravy an with two half full white gravy for the tenders. The okra was burnt and the biscuits were hard and cold. In all the food was really awful. My family was not happy with the food.

Awful service. Ordered online-Ready time 20 mins. When we arrived they said it would be another 15-20 mins. (Actual time 30mins) Get order no bombers go back in. Another 5 mins to cook.Over an hour for some fast food chicken.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE
The family meal deal was tasty, but I could tell the grease was old. Also, got charged more for the meal than the menu price in the drive through. Other than that, it is ok.
Church's chicken biscuits are always so fresh and made with so much honey. I go because my son likes there chicken legs and the mash potatoes. Out of all the times I've been they only messed up once and there were quick to assist me. All around good experience and there fried jalapeño are so fuego!
It was HORRIBLE.... They weren't even busy and I was in line at the drive thru, almost 15 minutes. There was 1 vehicle in front of me. I pull up and watched the guy had just then started to make my sandwich and as I watched him, I thought "I hope that's not mine cz he's putting Mayo on it (I ordered the chicken Honey Q sandwich). He and another employee were giggling back and forth while he was making the sandwich and with his gloves on, wiping the excess mayo on his shirt. He brought my order to the window and I asked him, "What does the Honey Q sandwich have in it?" At that moment he realized what he had done and said, Oh I'm so sorry ma'am!" I didn't even have to tell him what he'd done. He said "hold on, I'll make you another one." Yeah, so I can wait another 15 minutes?? I told him "No, just give me a refund, I don't have time to wait." I'm guessing he went for a manager to do the refund cz he brought back another person from the back. The guy didn't even ask "What's the matter? How can I help? What happened? Nothing! All he said was "Can I see your receipt?" I told him " I just threw it in my trash cz I didn't think I'd need it but I'm sure you can pull it out of your register " he turned back to the register and handed me my money without saying a word. Definitely the Sorriest Service I've gotten anywhere. THIS store's night shift has absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL!! At least the night crew doesn't. I went around 8pm SO DISAPPOINTED!!!!
Was very surprised by the selection of items. Chicken was very tasty. Fried okra good and corn on the cob was perfect.
