There is no tables available because there is no staff. I cannot blame the employees though, it was so hot ? inside there tonight. We didn’t even wait for a table because I do not spend my money going out to eat to sit there and sweat.
I cannot begin to explain how bad this Chili’s is. I’ve been to a lot of them from Ohio to Colorado to Texas. The service is so bad here, the staff is normally slow and have about as much life as a corpse. The manager lady of the establishment is god awful. She’s so rude and would rather blame customers than herself for her own short comings. Every time no matter what time we’d come there’s always a wait even if there’s barely any people at the tables. Today the host didn’t even look in the direction of us when we came in, three other people came in and she still didn’t look up. After about 3 minutes we and the other folk left. I’d for sure not recommend this place ever. McDonald’s on Bryant even does it better.
DON’T EAT HERE. We waited 3 HOURS for a soggy salad and burnt fajitas. We complained to their manager Autumn and she gave us LESS than a 1% discount (see receipt). After requesting to speak with her again, we were told that she ended her shift early and had already left the building. So ridiculous. Our waiter was good but I definitely won’t be returning.
For the whole chicken sandwich that was cut in half so they used less than half an avocado part of which one slice was rotten. There was about one piece of bacon half on one side and half on the other side. Somehow or another there was corn on the bottom of the bun of my chicken sandwich? Disgusting. I have always been a fan of chilies the last three orders have been disgusting. It’s pointless to call and complain. So I am finally writing a review. The chicken was so cold that I had to heat it up in the microwave. The sandwich itself was laid on A bed of lettuce and a tomato. So the sandwich was soggy on the bottom. The ice tea that I ordered did not even have any ice in it. I ordered for margaritas to share with my friends I haven’t even started to drink one yet so. Oh and I did not even order any corn. No more San Angelo Chili’s for me. Last order before this was all wrong and I had to go there to get what I had really ordered. ?
Waited 2 hours for this baby salad and 15$ for this tiny 1/2 slab of ribs. Food was cold and have never even received my daughter in laws food. Watch 4 tables come, eat, and leave before we got our food. Waitress couldn't understand why we wanted her food removed from the bill!!! Got that settled out the door 2 hours 20 minutes. Not the norm for my sunday afternoon lunch. Cheddars here we come next week. Smh
We ordered delivery and I was so disappointed! We were missing an entire entree, there were no sauces for the chicken tenders or the salads, the chicken fried steak was way overdone and the presentation/packaging was so poor it was obvious whoever prepped it could care less! For the prices of some of these entrees I will be going elsewhere. I was even more irritated that all I could get was a refund and still had to go out and get dinner from somewhere else.
It is the second time that I come to this place, and neither the first time nor this time, they were pleasant, the first time here they took a long time to serve the food, now they took the same time to serve the food and my food had a hair, the people who work in the kitchen no one is wearing a mesh on the head, to prevent this from happening.
Great food and great service. I placed an order considering of 14 orders and 14 desserts and it was 100% correct. Hard to find places of which could get that right the first try! I'm very impressed. Hats off!
It was really good...food was very good service was excellent...last time I got food from here was through Door Dash and...my God it was awful...but Chilli's has completely redeemed themselves. I'm definitely going back!
We were seated close to the bar and there were 1 male and 4 female postal (mail carriers) employees drinking heavily and they were really loud. I was surprised to see them in their postal uniforms drinking. lt took forever to get our food. The service was bad and the food wasn't any good. We want be eating at fhis Chill's again!
