If there was a way to give this location any less than 1 star, I would give it a negative 10 stars. Ordered $65.00 worth of food. All the fish was over cooked and hard around the edges. We ordered the 12 piece liver. (Got given gizzards instead).All of the rolls were burnt on-top. We were missing the large sweet tea, a mashed potato and gravy, along with an order of okra. Which i must say the okra was the only positive part to our $65.00 meal.
I absolutely love chicken livers and wanted them so bad so I chose Chicken Express on Bryant. I’ve never had such horrible chicken livers in my life. They were so extremely tough and nasty! I was so upset!! Usually chicken livers are soft and amazing …but these were like chewing on tough leather. Just had to say something because it was just too horrible not to!

Lady taking the order at drive through was NOT friendly nor did she have any idea what customer service is when paying for the order. Food looks good..
I went thru the drive thru and orders the big family pack of tenders one side was supposed to be fried pickles but they did not have them and then in the Drive-Thru I waited an extended amount of time for my food which the total was $62.76 they did not give me my macaroni and cheese as my family side whatsoever the fried okra was completely hard as a rock and I have been trying to call ever since I went and no answer multiple times also I only got a small mashed potatoes and gravy.would not recommended this place at all .. I even asked if everything was in the bag and she said yes but it wasn't
We love chicken express, we sure enjoy our 4 piece of tenders when we paid for the 7 piece... that place is good but its not $30.00 for 8 pieces of chicken tenders, two sides & two sweet teas good just gotta make sure & check your order before you drive off
Food was great & service was quick. Only complaint was that every floor mat I stepped on slipped out from under me. Looked like a crazy person trying to walk through the building.
One of our favorite places to get chicken. Having a 7 person family, it's convenient, easy, and cheaper than a lot of other places. The food is always good and fresh and I can't think of any problems we've ever had here. The fried okra is awesome and the sweet tea is amazing!
The chicken gizzard combo was good, the gravy looked good however, I never got my dinner roll with my combo. There was no marinara sauce for the cheese sticks, nor was there any hot sauce available. I think those two condiments would have greatly enhanced the meal experience. The drive thru staff member Lindsey, was very rude when we asked for the the condiments. Maybe she was having a bad day. Chicken was cold, and was the tiniest tenders I've ever seen. Roll was smashed and the drink didn't even have enough syrup, so it tasted like carbonated water. The gravy and fries weren't bad though.
