I have never in my life seen a place so proficient! I’ve worked for a few big name places that could never achieve what this company has. In all my visits I don’t think I’ve ever been in line longer the 7 minutes from start to finish! The employees must enjoy their jobs very much because they are so pleasant when they talk to you. With every precise meaningful step they are so efficient! Yes it’s just a fast food joint but definitely a 5 star establishment! Oh yea I always get the Spicy Deluxe Grilled Chicken Sandwich, side of kale salad and Texas sweeeeeet Tea! ??
While at the San Angelo Robotics events, we ordered a delivery. This group of individuals were amazing. They got our order correct and delivered when they stated they would. Thank you staff for you dedication.
I can’t believe I’m having to do this, but I actually got old soggy fries from this location and when I took them back to get fresh fries, they were NOT fresh, they even tasted greasy. Guess I will have to take my business to the Sherwood location from now on where they never disappoint especially with the fries.
If you go to the drive through, you get ambushed to demand your order before you get to the menu display AND they expect you to know the menu before you can see it! On the surface, they are friendly but their pretentiousness is toxic and makes for a bad experience. The food was good when they opened but many options have been removed. I'll still reluctantly go for the waffle fries because who wouldn't?
Drive Tru was pretty smooth for being busy and it was fast and quick .... Just one thing at the end of the line the guy's where confused where our food was at... I had to ask but it was no biggie because I seen the young lady hold our meal at the end of the line.. other than that excellent service
Very confusing drive through, no one asked to scan our chick Fil a app and when we asked they said they can’t do it. I asked for 3 sauces to which they replied they would only give me two, I’ve been to chick Fil a all over the country and have never been to old this. Overall a very disappointing experience.

Order delivery at your own risk.When my order is delivered it's often done in a manner that is either physically impossible to walk out my front door to get without knocking my drink over or they do things like put my drink inside the screen door and the wind then destroys it like they did this morning.
