I asked for extra cheese on my burger and the idiot gave me a cold piece of cheese in a small paper fry bag. Service was rude as ever. I tried to call to talk to a manager and they keep their phone off of the hook so nobody can get through. Now I can see why they are always empty. For a small town like San Angelo ..and service like that..that place won’t be in business for long.

Bad customer service, order made wrong several times, terrible behavior, and poor management.Ok, the Burger King off Knickerbocker really needs improvement. The service through drive was bad, with the guy being overall short with me. Then, I tried to use a coupon at the window, which I now understand I should have used at the speaker. All they had to do was explain that, and let me use it next time. Instead, I was charged for my food, and additionally for what was on the coupon. I was refunded, but then had my ordered messed up several times. They openly aruged with eachother at the window, and later complained about me next to the window. The manager cut me off over and over, yet clearly didn't know what was going on.Everything was handled passive-aggressively. And in the end, my order is still wrong. And they kept the coupon I didn't even get to use.
I'm giving them a 3 because it's kinda different each time sometimes it's great service others it's not sometimes it's clean and sometimes not sometimes you get good service while their are times it's not so great and food not as good as it use to be .I do like location because once again it is in walking distance .last time I went wasn't good some goofball kids working and you could tell .I guess one thing their good at is coupons you can get some good deals in the mail
My fries were hot my burger was not. Everyone was nice though. If you’re doing fresh food every time, have a room temp burger isn’t fun
A whopper just hits the spot sometimes, you know? Also they have these great jalapeno cheddar bites that I love. I hope they stick around for a while.
They have good chicken nuggets and they are a reasonable price.
Every time I go to the location I always see the same person at the drive thru window. Tonight it seemed like he was one of the only people there or the only one doing anything. He took my order and I’m pretty positive he was the one who made it. He is always so nice and makes sure the get my order right.
So it seems this location doesn't get the best reviews, but I figured I'd share my experience. After a long day of work I visited by drive thru, and ordered a bacon cheeseburger and a chicken jr. When I got home the burger was good, but the chicken was dry and chewy, not good. However I wanted to give them a chance, so I went back and let them know. They were very polite and gave me a brand new sandwich promptly. Just goes to show that we're all human and make mistakes, but making up for it is what really counts.
Ordered the double Whopper King, not really impressed. Ordered it with mayo, no ketchup or onions. I got onions, ketchup and mustard no mayo. I know it's a fast food joint, but at the same time, it's not rocket science people. By the time I realized my order was wrong, I was too far down the road.
