Ordered two different burgers WITH jalapeños through the drive thru. I got home and both burgers DID NOT HAVE JALAPEÑOS!! I tried calling the establishment to let them know about the mistake they had made and the call wouldn’t even go through! Thought it was my phone service for some reason, used my partners phone to call, same result. The place wasn’t even busy for them to make the mistake. Of course the receipt said jalapeños were added and got charged for the add on, which isn’t much, but the matter of fact that I got lied to twice and that their phone line was unresponsive ticks me off! I never leave reviews for fast food places but I just want the cowards to know that I’ll never go to this place again. I HIGHLY SUGGEST/RECOMMEND-CHECK YOUR BURGERS BEFORE YOU LEAVE IF YOU ORDERED ANY ADD ON TO YOUR BURGER. Very disappointing experience.
The manager here is really rude. Would not come to this Burger King ever again.
Horrible service! I ordered two bacon cheeseburgers plain with no sauce and no vegetables and the first time they put everything on it that I asked them not to and the second time I thought they got it right but I asked for extra bacon and they didn’t give me any bacon at all meat was cold horrible service never going back !!
Food was good, but service was very slow. It was a Tuesday evening & wasn’t particularly busy that I could tell. Generally the service isn’t as slow that I have noticed.
Cashier seemed knowledgeable but was complaining about having to do the job he had .. also noticed rap music with curse words coming from the back, both managers seemed to not care ... Not professional at all...
We ordered a coffee, and were told after we paid that there was no coffee. Then waited like what seemed like forever to get some ketchup, Which they could find. I asked them to replace the coffee with something the same price and was ignored, then only have being rude did we get the refund for the coffee. Also the chicken fries were soft and Luke warm.
Went at lunch for just a spicy chking sandwich only to be told there us no spicy version that it is the sauce that makes it spicy. Tried to inform the person that works there it wasnt only to be told I was wrong
Came over while on vacation. Staff was not happy with my ordering a chicken sandwich for breakfast.Couldn't be helped. That's what my mom wanted.Apologized at the window and cashier was like....well it's gonna be a 15 minute wait.Manager delivered alot sooner and was very pleasant.
They really need to work on how they communicate with each other... Hearing the workers conversate with each other and hearing every curse word in the book while I wait on my order just doesn't sit well with me. C'mon be a little bit more professional, your at work people!!
Although I generally love the chicken bacon and cheese sandwich the one tonight was definitely a bit off.And just my opinion but I totally prefer McDonald's or Whataburger's fries to yours and Sonic's. Too much like school French fries for me.Anyway, I'd say usually 3 or 4 stars.
