First time here I'm from England been eating out every night in different places around the area.Lovely people lovely food ?Could do with a lick of paint and wash the floors but still friendly staff and enjoyable experience.
First time visit, lifetime return customer. Bubba's gotta have the best lunch special in town, with big bbq bang for your bucks. Be sure to drop in all day every Wednesday for $3 pulled pork sandwiches.
Greatest BBQ! I had the chopped brisket, Jalapeno sausage potato salad and coleslaw. I will definitely be a regular after today. Great customer service also.
One of my favorite places to eat in town and definitely my favorite barbecue in town. I get the three meat plate each time, in part due to indecision. Jalapeño sausage, brisket, and pulled pork. The meats are delicious, each of the sides are delicious, and the sauces are delicious.
I’ve been there in the past and the food was great. Yesterday (2/26/22), I went and the brisket was so full of fat that you couldn’t eat half of it. I was very disappointed overall in the quality of the meal this time. ?
Easily the worst BBQ in San Angelo, Texas. Extremely small portions and the food was cold. Quality and service absolutely horrible. Certainly not RJ's!! Don't waste your time or money.
I had the brisket and a couple ribs. The brisket was the most tender I've had anywhere! I ate one of the ribs and was very impressed with it as well. The cornbread was good and so were the pinto beans. My only complaint is that the corn on the cob was extremely bland. I only had 2 bites.Overall, I highly recommend this place!
Went and had the Piglett Special,. It was great, one of the best BBQ sandwiches I've had in a long time. Tender juicy and you won't leave hungry. Recommend it to anybody that doesn't mind getting your fingers and face covered in BBQ sauce.
The brisket is so good. Hate that we have to pay for the ribs by the pound now. I used to get it on the meat plate.
Ordered from here as we were told this was the place for BBQ. They did not disappoint. Awesome BBQ. We ordered a plate with 3 meats; sausage, brisket and pulled pork. Sausage was a bit spicy for my gf, but I thought it was fine. Very good food, and good portions for the price. Well worth it. If you like BBQ, go here.
