My breakfast taquito is basically shredded.. looks like wolverine put it together or like someone took some bites out of the tortilla and they still tried to roll it up and use it. Can't even enjoy my breakfast. Ordered a pancake platter and got no pancakes also.
The manager at this location was being rude and very demanding and bossing their employees around! Teach the manager how to respect others around the area! This is Monday night Valentine’s Day the girl working night shift! Please fix this or I won’t come back! ? Positive side: The food was great!
Terrible food.Ordered a jalapeño burger and just got a cheese burger, ordered a large chicken strip meal and got a regular and they asked what kind of sauce and still didn’t give it to me. Worst whataburger around. I’ll start making the drive across town for the other one after this. Children at the drive through have no idea how to do their jobs. Not to mention all the food was cold and fried not cooked correctly
Just terrible. Before I start this negative review, this is about the location on Lakeview in Rowlett across from the Walmart Supercenter. I have been a big fan of Whataburger for many years and will continue to use other locations, but will never return to this store. Just a few of many issues in recent visits at this location. Sat for nearly 15 minutes waiting for an order to be brought out to the car after texting the spot where I was parked. Ordered on the mobile app and prepaid the order. Finally walked inside to find employees with their hands in their pockets and at least 6 or 7 bagged orders sitting on the front counter - including my order. Everything was cold of course so I made them make the order over again. Went early one morning thru the drive-thru for a breakfast sandwich. Waited more than 10 minutes at the window for the order. Got home and the biscuit was hard as a rock, sausage was overcooked to the point of being charred and the egg looked so bad I didn't want to try it. Shorted the order on tots or whatever they call their version as well. I have not had a decent complete order at this location in the past several months. Wrote to corporate and receive an auto-reply with no follow-up, no offer of a refund, no apology. I will not go back.
Just ordered through uber-eats from this location and I ordered a #1 whataburger meal. They didn't pack fries in the bag nor did they give me the correct drink. I asked for sweet tea and put all these details specifically in the comments/ order details section of the uber eats website. And yet..the only thing they got right was the burger.
This place is absolutely garbage!!! I will never spend another dollar at this place. My fries came out cold and under cooked and I had to return my ice tea because it had no ice or sugar in it! The girl who works at the window was to busy laughing and not paying attention to the order. I don’t know how this establishment is still in business but it’s a total disgrace. I’ll never return here again.
Ordered a #4 Jalepeno & cheese WhataBurger. It took over 10 minutes and the burger was dry and very plain. No mustard or ketchup. One of the kids meal burgers bun was very stale and hard. My grandsons were originally very excited that we were going to WhataBurger but extremely disappointed in their meals.
We love coming to this location , but today we had a unfortunate experience. We were getting our drinks and my daughter noticed the ice was dirty , i told her just throw it was and get new ice , then i grabbed my cup and chunks of mold came out along with the ice.We showed the cashier and he was disgusted and tried to show his manager and told him we have a serious problem the manger told him “just give them new cups” and that was it- i chose not to get any drinks - we sat and ate our food and about 7 customers continued to get ice- another customer pointed out the mold and the manager just gave him a new cup- the cashier apologized to us- but he was more upset that his Manager didn't do anything about it
This place have came a long way they have more new staff they are trying there absolute best to make sure everyone is happy duels to corona virus they are trying to keep up with the business and find more people to work, Whataburger is amazing and I love them!!!!
The service here was very slow. I know that Whataburger makes them as ordered but we were in line 19 min in the drive through from the time we placed our order to when we got our food. This was not rush hour, lunch or supper. It was at 3:30 in the afternoon. Have no idea what the problem was and why everything was so slow.
