Worst taco bell I have ever been to. They never have breakfast ready and they always decide to stop serving breakfast well before its time. They have issues with cooking enough breakfast for the morning. Worst customer service as well. If they shut this taco bell down, I wouldnt be surprised. But as the employee told me, th.y are franchised and not corporate owned so take it up with corporate

horrible service and rude employees. messed up our order 2 times and gives us attitude about it and doesnt even say sorry. at the end saw one of the worker cleaning ice out of the bins and dropped scoops on the dirty ground but placed it back to use. we felt disgusted and so we just ended throwing away the food as soon as we reached the hotel we were staying at

we asked if they the Mexican pizza yet. We were told it was only a rumor and they do not have them. The girl stated it was posted on TikTok and is only a rumor. I did mention we saw the ad on TV and their website. She stated thats because it was posted on TikTok. I would like to direct the Rowlett store to your own company website! In the end when I got home our order was incorrect, keeping with the consistency of our conversation!

The Chalupas were raw. It was like chewing rubber.

This is probably the best Taco Bell in the area. The drive-thru is fast & the food has always been loaded when I come here. The staff are also nice here, still sounding nice to people in the middle of a rush even though they're probably exhausted.

Very slow service. Women's restroom was out of toilet paper.Gave us three drinks.Had wrong ticket on bag.Taco supreme was very messy.Good thing I was only in the area because my brother had to show a house in the area

Taco Bell isn't the same as it was years and years ago. The taste is just blah....

Very nice people, and they have cherry pepsi!

Chintzy with the sauce. Bottom line, “We can only give two per order.” This self-imposed restriction only highlights why there are two vehicles in the drive-thru at peak business times, while ChickFilA continually has a line wrapped around the building. It comes down to taking care of their customers and not drawing lines in the sand over a silly two sauce per order mandate. This is the second time (and last) that I’ve run into this issue at this particular location.

Staff is polite. The food was haphazardly thrown together and was served to me cold. Unlikely to return.
