I see people rating due to slow service, which I experienced last night. So why am I giving 5 stars? The young lady that served me had the BEST customer service! I was really annoyed and almost left before I was trapped in the line, but decided to wait it out. I get to front and ask if they are short, the young lady explained it was her and a person in training, this she said with a smile. My food was not perfect, but I ate it without complaint, because I knew they did the best they could, it was not bad, but it was not the usual. Unfortunately, employees are not in control of staffing, so lighten up folks. Appreciate the workers that show up to serve you, when no one else will.

The Rowlett location is never open on time. I have gone almost every day for the past week and only got breakfast twice. Today I got there at 8:50. They said they had nothing available. every time I go there, there is always something that is not ready. I have to wrap around the building twice. They never have sweet tea available and they say it's because they are short staffed. There are two people there every morning but yet the doors are never open. I don't know what's going on with the route location but they are in need of a reminder of breakfast or don't open for breakfast. Either way they do have impeccable breakfast but the staffing is very non-customer concerned.

I don't know why I even bothered. I ordered on the app and when I got to the drive through, they told me they couldn't make it. Okay, a chalupa, a bean burrito and cinnamon twists doesn't seem possible, but maybe they didn't have the box? They told me to cancel my order, I asked for a different order and that I would pay the difference. They seemed to say they were going to work with it, I could not understand the speaker, so I rolled up to the window. The tint on the window is so reflective that you could not see inside, like you can normally to see the staff working away. After a minute, I realized no one was coming to the window. As I pull out, I see someone in their car parked on the other side of the building with a drive through headset on. REALLY? Is it better to pay staff than to put a piece of paper on the menu board? This was 7 PM! Every time I go to this Taco Bell, I leave disappointed.

I've come three times, only to get reasons for not being served. Tonight, it was that THEY ONLY HAD CHICKEN ?. I didn't know that Taco Bell focused on Chicken. I asked the young lady what time they closed, she Proudly said 2am, however, it was 11:45p. The last couple of times was that There Was A Flood?. That was a couple of months ago.Since sitting here, MANY VEHICLES HAVE LEFT EMPTY HANDED (It's 12:06a now). IT'S A WONDER WHY MCDONALD'S ALWAYS HAS A LOADED LINE OF CUSTOMERS..I'm sick of wasting my gas for nothing, and leaving hungry still, because I DONT eat McDonald's?.

At this location the star is Ricky, a very refined, well mannered,and super courteous young man who works the drive thru.As far as establishment,Good choices and reasonably priced menu.

Disgusting shortstaffed unprofessional place I’ve ever been to today is March 16, 2022 they shut down the drive-through made everybody wait 30 minutes literally seen bunch of cars with kids inside is not open so drive-through is the only thing that’s available during this pandemic times and they can’t even take consideration of this what they need to do is fire everybody at this location and hire everyone Brand New who’s willing to work and who actually cares about their job because none of their current employees do not care about their job or do not care about the service of city of Rowlett. Disgusting

The management and staff here at night are the worst. On 3 separate occasions in the span of 3 months i received slow service, limited menu (why are you shutting off your fryers at 8:20), and some of the most poorly made tacos ever. Skimped the hell out of the protein and the taco were falling apart cause it was mostly lettuce and tomatoes. On top of that the staff is rude as hell.

There are certain items you have to order from the app only…can’t order at the window. Black bean quesorito is one of them. I placed the order and when I get there to pick up the order, they tell me they are out of black beans. I couldn’t cancel my order or even change the item to something else. They told me I had to just do the substitution because “it was already paid for”. Sounds like a lazy answer to me. So the only option I had was to accept the quesorito with their regular beans. I get home and the burrito is burned on both sides. Worst Taco Bell EVER.

If it was possible id given 0!!.. not busy at all and taking long to make the order... 3 meals all squeezed on a small bag! Tacos all broken and chalupas magically turn into burritos once i unwrap.. hell naah... poor staff capacity.. if yall dnt like ur jobs why be there making pple go thru a bitter experience

This Taco Bell sucks! They never have anything in stock to do any of their menu. The last four times I have been there they've been out of stock and everything and can't make what you ask for what a waste!
