Bread was not light, fluffy or even warm as usual. Service was very slow, both servers seemed new. Very disappointing overall.
This place doesn’t care about their employees, all they care is about their business. They have my sister threaten already if she doesn’t show up when they call her, even during winter storms.
Great food for before games
In the morning, I came in and bought a sandwich. The person who attented me was more than helpful and nice. To be quite honest, this Subway was more better then any other locations I've been to.

Why lie to a simple question, when you literally just handed me the proof that you are literally lying to my face? What does this lie give you? Why do you feel compelled to lie? I already paid you, it would cost you nothing to tell me the truth, and it definitely cost you a repeat customer because you decided to lie..Just.. Why?

Used to take my lunchbreak here every day because the people are so friendly. They never messed up my order even while I was talking with them the whole time. Bathrooms are also well stocked and cleaned regularly.
So very disappointed! Customer Service was awful. I had a current coupon with a QDR Code, buy one get one free. The lady scanned my coupon, waited a second, scanned my coupon again, said it doesn’t work! She said she wouldn’t accept it because it had already been used. I was taken back by her attitude, explained I just got them in the mail. She was extremely rude, saying I had already used it somewhere else! Speaking to me as if I were lying. She said she couldn’t and wouldn’t accept it, because the “computer said” and “It’s from the Company” not her store. I said, this coupon is from Subway, your store or not. She continued to imply I was lying. Poor representation of Subway! I asked if they could then at least discount them? She said no, because the coupon was from Subway, not her store. I paid for the sandwiches and left. Sadly, I will not be going back to this location.
