Worst subway every. The workers are slow and lazy. Went to order my son a kids meal and mid making his sandwich they said they couldn’t make it because there was no option to ring it up with the meat he wanted when I order this for him all the time from our subway in our neighborhood! Ridiculous!!!

It was late, and they were completely out of Tomatoes, pickles, black olives and green peppers. Bacon was a day old.

Whomever working tonight made my order sloppy, our wraps in a square shape, bread was not fresh as it was falling apart, and I had a piece of cut plastic in my sandwich. I called and told the lady and she paused like she didn't know what to say or do and claims she was the manager. She said she was about to close soooo she could make another sandwich tomorrow. I asked for her name but she hung up on me. I called right back, no answer and can't leave a message.I would like a full refund immediately. I'll be up there tomorrow for sure.

Will be last time going here. 2 weeks ago drink machine not working, tomatoes looked old, today no white bread. People not friendly and slower than cold honey dripping down a spoon. Use the other subway on east side of rowlett near Dalrock.Great service and food.

I used to go to this subway very often and it was always good. I have not gone to this location in over a year and decided yesterday to stop by and get a sandwich.I ordered a oven roasted chicken breast sandwich. Apparently they don’t have the whole chicken breast anymore and instead they cut it up into chunks which is odd. Next several of the veggies were finished even though the place wasn’t busy at all. The veggies they did have didn’t taste fresh. They also didn’t refill several of the sauces. On top of that I tried to purchase a soft drink and the lady said the machine was out of order. I was severely disappointed in the place and the sandwich.Not sure what happened to this place but it dropped in quality by a lot. The employees also don’t seem to care. Hopefully they improve.

Slow and had nothing...this was my wrap looks like a d**n crunch wrap from taco bell. No prep i could not get pickles regular lettuce or red onions.

This is the worst Subway I have ever been to in my life. Every single time we order from there, it gets messed up. I am really not sure how since I always order from the app to where, in plain English, it is written out for them. It never fails. This is the worst.

Pretty live staff. An order women and a teenager. I like their joviality and friendliness. Really nice people.

Never in my entire life have I had such a bad experience at a fast-food restaurant. That is saying something. So I am in the Navy, and I'm spending some time in my hometown of Rowlett so I decided to order Subway from the Subway Website. I am a frequent Subway consumer and decided to order the new "Cali Steak" footlong sub, complete with bacon strips, avocado, mozzarella, veggies, salt and pepper and extra ranch. I waited on my order for quite a long time, and when I received it I got a plain steak subway. Minimal ranch, no salt and pepper, no avocado, no bacon and no cheese AT ALL. Furthermore, there was very minimal steak and lettuce as well. It was the most plain, disastrous sub I've ever gotten in my entire life, and was missing literally every topping I was looking forward to. I ordered on the Subway website, but it said Doordash delivered it. First I called the Subway store and the girl who answered the phone, rather rudely, told me to call Doordash because it wasn't there responsibility to refund me. I called Doordash and Doordash told me that because I ordered through Subways Site, Subway would have to refund me. Hungry and frustrated, I called this location again and an even more irritated coworker answered the phone. I explained the situation. "Well, no managers here so you'll have to call back tomorrow." She barked. "Can you send me a picture of my receipt then?" I asked politely. "I'll try." Remarked the woman and hung up on me. You'll try?? I thought, extremely sad about my entire night at this point. The next day I called the location again and asked for a refund. For the second time, on my third call to this place I was told there was STILL no manager present to refund me. It has been four days since my order. I have called the store over 10 times and now no one is answering the phone at all. I still haven't been refunded. I don't have a car because I defend this country all year on a ship, so I haven't taken the time and money out of my life to Uber up there to complain in person. I shouldn't have to. Very saddened by my experience at this store, don't know if I'll ever be refunded. Feeling robbed and like they lost a valued customer.

They were fast and friendly! Just made a quick pit stop before we hit the park. Cookies were on point and the bread was super fresh.
