I asked for a venti iced chai and a salted caramel creme cold brew, when ordering I was expecting her to repeat it back but she just barked out my total. When I got to the window I noticed that she got both of my drinks wrong, she made one hot and the other one was supposed to have ex caramel she also made it light ice. But when I got the venti iced chai it was mainly milk and ice and room at the top. I didn’t drink it at all in the picture. I paid $11+ To be treated rudely when I told her nicely that it was supposed to be made a different way. I said have a great day and she glared at me, I have worked at Starbucks before. So I know to avoid this location because of constant rudeness and low quality drinks but I did it this one time (mistake) I learned my lesson. Will never ever bring going back, I normally don’t complain but it’s been every time I go there.
I really want to love this store. It’s closet to home. But my goodness this location seems to have logistics problems. Seems like every time I go there the cafe is closed or the hours have changed, or the order ahead is down or the coffee bean inventory is depleted. Something has happened to this location. It seems to have gone into hiding during the pandemic and never returned. I wish it’d come back. Dalrock is a few miles up the road but maybe that’s my only good option.
My husband went in to get me a hot chai as I was sleeping sleepy, it was nice and hot, and delicious.
They make the drinks good but my mobile order is literally never ready.
Starbucks is always a winner. Their drinks are made fairly fast.
Employees are pleasant!!! But they never have any food items at all and sometimes they don’t have certain drinks.
Had a great experience at this location. Friendly staff, great drinks, clean store and great vibe. The barista who made my drink was so friendly! Please visit this location and they play some great music! Get the toasted white chocolate mocha while you still can!
I had the most wonderful experience I’ve ever had in a Starbucks today, the staff were wonderful and made my Venti Chestnut Praline latte with blonde espresso with great attitudes, I sat in the cafe to drink my coffee and after a while one of the staff members offered me a venti ice water which I needed after a hot cup of coffee. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone!
I came in and ordered a grande toasted white mocha and a grande mocha cookie crumble Frappuccino and my drinks both tasted like burnt coffee. I called and complained and told me I could go back and get a new drink so I did. And they charged me for my new drinks. And the girl at the window was rude and quick to close the window on us.
Went inside to get an order and they are slow! Seems like the drive thru customers were their priority and the barista guy acted as though he could care less about the customers…will not be returning!
