Last time I came service was fantastic. Lately it's been TERRIBLE!Slow, the drive thru needs to be remodeled so cars in drive in aren't stuck waiting. Recent visit we did not receive our children's drinks. On top of that there was hair in the fries and tater tots scattered in the fries. Very disappointed. I asked for a refund and the car hop said she will get me more fries. Why would I want more hairy fries and wait longer. I demanded refund and she quickly gave. I will never return here again.
Slid by tonight to grab some ice cream and a few shakes for a Sunday night snack. Ordered everything with no cherries and all items still had cherries. Not the end of the world. Shakes were so frozen I could not drink any of it from a straw 20 minutes later as I got home. Ice cream Sundays were completely melted before they got to the car. I guess it’s DQ or Brahms next time. Money well wasted.
Love this place. They always get something wrong in my order and i get free stuff ? but I'm not complaining
I put in a large order every Friday during the school year. Irma has never let me down! She is incredibly professional and patient. She always has a smile on her face and is super pleasant. I hope to continue doing business with Irma.
I ordered onion rings, and received tatar tots. They returned with the onion rings, and let me keep the tots. I don't believe they have raised prices. Food was good and fast!
Fast and professional service. Food was very good and hot. Prices are less here than other Sonics.
If I could give you a zero I would but I can't so I'm going to give you a 1. Recently I've been having very bad experiences here, first I placed an order that took me over 20 minutes to receive. And I placed another order I show up at 10:30 and they are closed even tho it says they close at 11. So I didn't get my order nor my money back.

Food can just be handed to you and will be lukewarm. But it was still good. That day they were pretty busy. So there is that. 9 out 10 they'll get the orders right, hot and it's great. 4 out 5 stars. I definitely return. Good staff, area always clean delivery with outside apps available like uber, but better to go get it yourself if you have the time
Irma is always here. She always has a smile on her face, happy to see me. Now that’s something you don’t see anymore! Always fast service and always correct! Highly recommend!
