I don't know who's currently on staff, but they NAILED this angel food smoothie. Like I don't normally review places but seriously, whoever did this deserves a shout-out for making it perfectly. 6/5 stars masterpiece
Horrible customer service. Was told to park and someone will come out shortly. Total of 7 cars and people came and go from the store.Had to get of my vehicle along with my baby due to no one coming. Girl at the front was laughing saying sorry.Please Train these people again. Or re hire serious people!!
I went here to get a delicious drink. Y payed 21 dollars and I can't even drink the juice because is super sweet. Horrible customer service
Been here few times. Sometime the service is great and at others times not so much...please fix ordering on app. Most of the time i try to order on the app after 4 pm, at this location it will not let me. But i can order from any other smoothie king on the app, at anytime, just fine..Employes should inform customers in/after greeting, if they are out of certain ingredients. They shouldnt wait until after a customer give their whole order, just to say they are out of certain ingredients.Please fix menu/drive through light. At night time menu is barely visible because of no backlight.
You want a great smoothie! Omg this is the place! Just take your pick of the flavor and/or taste of health and well being. Nutty super grain knocks it out the box ?
Ordered 30 minutes in advance from the app like I always do. There was only 1 car in the drive through when I arrived and I still ended up waiting 10 minutes for my drink. Thus location is horrible. This is the 3rd time this has happened! Shoutout to the rockwall location for being great!!
Every time I come to this location the smoothies are very liquid like instead of having a frozen consistency like a smoothie should. Rockwall location is def better
Smoothies were good but customer service was terrible. We went inside to order, and were told dismissively by a rude girl inside that we could only order through the drive through or the online app. She then proceeded to turn away and forget our existence entirely. Its abundantly clear the employees arent interested in our business and we'll take it somewhere else next time. The level of customer service is exceedingly poor at this location.
The customer service we just received at this location is atrocious. We had a coupon for a free smoothie which we tried to redeem only to be told that we can't use the coupon on Fridays. It does not say that anywhere on the coupon. We then attempted to do $5 Friday which we were told they no longer do. Fine but if that's the case why can't I use the coupon on Friday? The attitude with we were greeted was not one I would ever encourage in an employee. I understand staffing shortages but the people who do show up should do so with a positive attitude as it is their job. We decided not to patronage this location at this time although we have in the past and most likely will in the future but not with that particular server.
Don’t waste your time at this location.
