LOVE THEIR FOOD! It's delicious!! but it's nearly impossible to call and order the food. EVERY SINGLE TIME I'm ask to hold and they never get back to me and never hang up because it's busy when I call back. Too bad I love their food so much that I have to endure this treatment EVERY SINGLE TIME! Yes I did mentioned this at the restaurant before but it doesn't matter to them or the lady who answers the phone.
I haven’t had the pleasure of eating here yet, but I want to. Considering there are reviews popping up from others that haven’t visited based on a video, I thought I might as well leave one as well. The menu looks fantastic. It’s so hard to find authentic Mexican food, around Dallas! I saw a video today as several others did and I have to say the owner handled that situation so well. I don’t miss working in the restaurant business because of people like that. I can’t wait to try it tomorrow!
Quesadilla was delicious! Guacamole was very good also. My dad's tacos were served to him cold. Very small place, nice servers.Poor rating mainly due to restrooms. Sign posted "do not flush toilet paper" and the smell was horrific. No air freshener, candle, potpourri or anything, just the overbearing smell of ammonia and feces. Will not be back.
The service was a little slow but their Menudo was excellent. I had pancake platter.Guess I should have told them I eat scrambled eggs.2? they served me over easy ?. Good food.
Authentic…that’s really all you need to know. This place has a fantastic menu, the customer service is over the top and the food is most representative of this family and their dedication to a “craft” many can only resemble as a distant second. Don’t take my word for it, go try…you will be happy you did. Enjoy ?…
Great place, hard to find drinks like Horchata etc and they're drinks are a bit expensive and there's a reason for it - they are OUTSTANDING. About the only negative is the chips are pretty hard.
Easily the best street tacos and pozole in Rowlett. Senaida's even rivals some of the tacos we had in Mexico City. The pandemic and having a baby has made it difficult for us to enjoy Senaida's in person recently, but this restaurant is a top tier for real Mexican food while still catering to some tex-mex classics.
Senaidas is our go to family restaurant that we've enjoyed since it's opening. The food is fantastic and we love the family that works so hard there. During the pandemic they were the only place we ordered from because we couldn't imagine losing this restaurant, it's that much of a favorite for our household.
Mediocre food with lots of mistakes. My order was given away accidentally to another customer so I ended up waiting 30 minutes for my takeout. They threw in a cold cup of queso to apologize but forgot my tortillas. The guacamole is pasty and not flavorful. Salsa is watery. Rice is over cooked. Tortillas on the sour cream enchiladas were not cooked enough and was cold. The whole order was warm at best, parts were cold.
Authentic, delicious food in a clean environment with friendly, accommodative staff. Everything was delicious and the portions were generous; will definitely be back!
