Worst popeye’s location! They make you queue in the drive thru for 30 minutes only to be told at the speaker that they only have chicken tenders (out of all the menu items, only 1 is available). Can’t even bother to put up a sign at the start of the line so people won’t waste their time? On the very rare occasion that they have what you want, they get your order wrong every single time!!!

The pricing on the posted menu does not match what you actually changed. For example I ordered a Classic Chicken Sandwich for 3.99, but was charged 4.49.When asked about the difference the only response I was given was the menu was broken, with no mention of even trying to honor the posted price. Don't get me wrong...50 cent not a big deal, it's the principal of it all. There seem to no sort of any type of customer service.

This popeyes is known for making you wait and getting your order wrong. If you have to order here be sure to check your food before you leave the window cause its 50 mins to get back thru the line again

02/23/22 very disappointed. Was over charged and then my order was not correct. Popeyes Corporate needs to start doing there job and correcting all these issues. All u have to do is have great customer service and better management. This is not rocket science ?

I went here at 1pm and my car had 3 separate orders …the man at the window said they could not do 3 separate orders. Mind you we were in line for 30minutes and there was about 4 cars behind us. I asked him why and he there was no valid reason. I asked him if there was enough food and he said no….at 1pm. They are completely lazy because I’m almost positive they still served the cars behind us but didn’t serve us because we wanted 3 sandwiches….never coming back.

The chicken is really good when they get the order right. My experiences at this location have not been very pleasant. The staff is very rude and tell me what I can and cannot have when requesting my chicken order. They need to train their staff on better customer service.

Drive through staff needs training. Never going to this location ever again. Extremely rude and kept telling me to order on Uber- I’m in the drive through right now and the coupon doesn’t say Uber only. Went to a different location (Broadway best service ever and knowledgeable employees) and never going back to the Rowlett location. Upset that overall it took 1:30 hours to get a chicken sandwich and I was late getting back to work. My fault for not going to a different restaurant completely but didn’t think it would take so long with traffic.

Terrible. Order screen black, out of order. Waited in line 6 cars, almost 20 mins, stuck behind a Deisel truck and would've left if I could. Finally get up to the Window, I'm assuming to order and pay at same one. The young chic just blurts out, This alllll we got. And hand gesture towards a few pieces of chicken. It was 8pm on a Friday. So. Basically that was a waste of my time. Management, note to self... Just close up if you can't run a small fast food joint.

Was a terrible experience we ordered 10 piece tenders half Spicy half regular they gave us all regular then we were supposed to get five Ross didn’t get one then we went all the way back they said since we didn’t have a receipt which they never gave us one that they couldn’t return our money so they ask for the fry’s back to give us five bucks don’t eat here

This was the worst experience I have ever had. First of all the homestyle Mac and cheese that they charged me extra for was extra spoiled. It was literally sour milk. The chicken was tiny like a Cornish game hen. I got an 11 piece meal for my 8 year old son and me and an 8 piece lasts us 3 meals but this time we ate all of it and were still hungry. I got a chicken sandwich for my daughter that came out normal and I got one for my mom and I guess they didn't have any more chicken so they used 3 chicken strips which all fell out onto the floor. The guy at the window wouldn't give me a receipt.. He said he already put it in the bag but it wasn't there..We usually eat at the one in Rockwall and it's 15 times better. I called to let the manager know he was selling spoiled food but they don't answer the phone. They pick up and hang up. This is a zero star experience at a zero star establishment. ULTRA POOR
