They stopped delivering to the address for no reason. Not just my address, the entire block. I know gas went up, but increase the price not stop delivering. Oh well, on to the next company that will deliver. If I have to go drive for food, it definitely won't be pizza. I will get a real meal.
Honestly the best delivery in rowlett. Pizza always hot and fresh and they always deliver faster than posted time. Would recommend these ladies and gentlemen to anyone.
It seems that lately, service has been way below par. No one answers the phone when you need to find out about your order and apparently delivery is terrible. I waited an hour and a half while trying to reach the store. I then drove up to the store to find out my pizzas were still sitting there and cold because the delivery driver "forgot" my pizzas. It was extremely disappointing that no one called or cared to share the issue.
Great tasting pizza. They don't skimp on the ingredients. My favorites are Meat Lovers and Super Supreme

Disappointed: paid for and ordered extra cheese on both pizzas. There was sparse cheese on both. Ordered and paid for 1 deep dish 1 topping got regular pizza. Found the cinnamon buns were much smaller then in ads. Might have been an proofing or rising issue when making.
Store, like many businesses is struggling to have enough workers for the business they have. The order quality was great but took 20 minutes longer than expected (even though I had ordered on-line an hour before I needed the order). The staff appeared to do everything they could
My pizza arrived, but it had already cooled to the point that the cheese was a solid block and the crust was no longer crispy. I mean it was fine. But it definitely was no longer a warm pizza. It was a room temperature pizza.
Get my pizza to me quicker than 2 plus hours when It was promised at 45 minutes and it was cold and burned. Terrible this is not my first bad experience with them but it will be my last. And to hang up on me when I tried to call is disgusting
it's been 2 hrs waiting for our pizza. of its going to be late a least say so.
