This was my first time going to this location due to multiple poor experiences at the Broadway location. I came inside and everyone was super nice all smiles and extremely respectful. Zach the manager was AWESOME he truly made this experience worth the drive. He actually cares about his establishment and most importantly how the clients are treated. I will gladly give them my business and continue to drive to this location to experience this amazing crew. Again Zach thank you so much sir! This NY STYLE PIZZA with extra cheese, bacon and pepperonis is so good!!!
I had an issue with an failed order for my 94 year old Grandma, who only wanted a Papa John's pizza after a surgery, and when things didn't work out to plan, the GM Laurence went way above and beyond to try to fix the situation for her. It's a small thing to be thankful for, but when this level of care is present at company this big, one that could easily ignore you, it's hard to not to the feel humanity present at this location. My grandmother says thank you for all the empathy that was displayed here, even though it wasn't life and death stuff...it meant a lot.
This papa johns is hit or miss...mostly miss...we ordered 4 different papasida...none of them had enough filling or cheese...very thick dough not like flatbread at all. We've always gotten good food from the Broadway store. Will not ordered from here again. The papasidas at the Broadway at store are delicious
The food is always awesome but each time I place an order something is left off the delivery.
Papa Johns always has the best pizza but there should be checks and balances. This store is another thing to be desired. The driver should have check the order before making the delivery. My order consisted of a Papa Johns Works, Cookie and 2 (2) liters of MD. What i received was 1(2) liter of MD. Either the driver made a mistake of not getting it or decided to keep the bottle himself. Bad business practice.Always check you order twice when you get it. Lesson Learned. Papa Johns is not like the old Papa Johns where they care about the customer.
Awesome phone customer service! If I could give them a 10 star rating I would! The hold time was minimal, the lady that helped me was very thorough taking my order………….Pizza Hut down the street could really learn from you guys!!!!!! Thanks Papa Johns!!!!!!
The pizza was a mess & looked like they dropped it or shook the box. The girl on the phone didn't understand, but repeated the order fine. They delivered the same messed up order 2 Times & the delivery guy tried to tell me I didn't tip him 1st time? It was strange & a Horrible Experience. Maybe they were having a REALLY off day, but I won't be ordering from there again.

Sometimes you just wanna get exactly what you're used to. That's what you get here, that classic Papa John's. They're really fast too and they're not stingy with the red pepper. I always come back here.
