4 items for $30 - ZERO were fit to eat. I picked my order up right before 9. They close at 10. Some guy yelled bye at me going out the door. They were obviously mad I came in over an hour before close. Food was intentionally UNFIT TO EAT. Stole $30 from my family. Will NEVER spend another penny here. If you want a bunch of angry kids serving you water soup, cold pizza, the nastiest turkey imaginable, and a hard old cinnamon roll, this is the restaurant for you!!
I was not overly impressed with this visit. It was my first time visiting Panera, and I think the location was not the correct one. Cleanliness was zero both in the dining and the bathroom. Bread tasted like 3 day stale bread that was toasted to vamp it up. Midway, through the first half of my bread, I could feel the bread cutting through my palate before becoming a bad chewy. The meat tasted "vinegary," even though the employee said they don't use vinegar on that sandwich. I don't think my food was worth what I paid. I did enjoy being able to customize my sandwich, and the service was nice.
This location is great! I love their staff and the food is always great! I love coming here and having lunch or grabbing breakfast before heading to work.
When I’m out showing properties, sometimes I need a Green Tea from Panera Bread. Actually it was the first time I had it. I give it 5 stars and I gave $5 ? I got some change back though. Rowlett at GB & 66
Looks like management and staff use dining room tables as office desk. Laptop and papers spread out on dining table.Some of the staff is friendly, others look like they don't want to be there.Coffee was good
Unfortunately, this location isn't as good as other locations I have visited. Things taste generic, not fresh...no matter what I order. Still tasty, it's Panera, but I expect fresh ingredients and they are not meeting their standards.
I don't usually go to Panera. I only go to meet with friends. The food is good, but not something I would go frequently for. However, as far as meeting places go, it is good. We get our lunch and drinks and we can spend almost three hours talking and catching up, with no interruptions from the waiting staff.
Not always careful in fulfilling orders. A few times now we have made it home only to find our order was not correct. Overall the staff is great.
