I order a kids meal and a large white rice. They gave me the drink and a bag. Everything could have fit in one bag so I drove off after getting my meal only to find out they did not put my rice in the bag. I drove back and the Inside was closed so I had to sit in the drive through again but this time with 10 cars ahead of me. I got to the window got my rice and there was no apology or anything. The only reason I stopped was because my son loves their white rice. The kids meal was for me. So basically the whole reason I went I didn't get. Waste of time.
Well fat chick review yes, I said it. Well they are very friendly and quick, this location is very busy. Anywho those spring rolls are delicious, I prefer them over the egg roll and less calories. Wait... did I just say that..? Anywho I love the shrimp and walnut, but not so much that other shrimp mix. Food is good rice sometimes dry I ask for the sauce from the steak mix to be drizzled on my rice.. that's just me.....
I have given this location 1 too many chances to get it right! Lately it's been a terrible experience every time. They close early and refuses to take an order, the portions are smaller than they used to be, they never offer condiments at the window anymore! Tonight they were out of rice at 8:00, no sauce for eggroll and the food was soggy and nasty. I don't know if they've gotten new management or just bad employees but it's gotten downhill very quickly.
I've come to this panda several times, I gotta say today was the first time the food tasted like it was from yesterday, the chicken was hard. Sloppy portions, I hope this place makes changes because otherwise people are going to stop going slowly
This facility looks brand new and doesnt get as busy so that means fast service. The employee was very nice and served me a proper portion. The dinning area was clean and organized. It felt comfortable and safe. The food was delicious and was served hot as well. There is no doubt I will visit this Panda again because of how good my experience was at this specific location.
So I went to Panda Express and ordered a plate and a kid's meal the kids meal was beef and broccoli I opened my order as we went out through the drive-thru and noticed only one piece of beef and went back through the drive-thru for it to get fixed or my refund and refused service would not give me refund or fix decided to call the police on me police got out here looked at my order couldn't get my refund but I did get my plate remade for my kids the correct way but I would give this place a zero Stars if I could these people called the cops on me all because I wanted my order corrected that they messed up and they scared my kids by calling the police on us. Absolutely disgusted with the manager on site at this time! Very unprofessional
I personally love the food at Panda Express. Ordered the new Crispy Almond Chicken on 12/26 at around 6:30pm. Needless to say it was great until I noticed something unusual which appears to be a bug… Me and my Husband are never the type to go back into the restaurant and make a scene. The only that would would be accomplished is maybe getting my $10 back but was my appetite going to be restored..no..
Bad and very unprofessional service. They close the lobby entrance whenever they feel like with notice posting. They always don't have change. They close whenever they fell like it. Poor speaker / ear phone equipment. When brought to their attention that it is hard to hear, attitude took preference. I returned my food as I felt I was very poorly treated. Owner / Manager (Asian lady) refused and requested my ID before any refund. Was told that it was a cooperate ruling and I should contact corporate. Will never ever go there again!!!!
bad service! I stopped by the window and got my wrong order! I had to go back to the restaurant when I was at home to talk to the manager so that they would be more careful when delivering the orders and I was not at the place! ?♀️?
I’ve been here twice and both times were bad. The first was during the day and they didn’t have anything but white rice and orange chicken and the second was at night and they didn’t have basically anything. These trips were months apart. The staff was super unfriendly and rude both times and they very obviously just didn’t want to make anything. This is the worst panda location and needs to be fixed
