McDonald’s preaches consistency. This McDonald’s is consistent alright, consistently getting orders wrong. My family orders food once a week from this McDonald’s and fifty percent or more of the orders are wrong. The order is simple, three cheeseburgers, ketchup only, medium and small fries. The fries are correct but not the burgers. I get one with onions and ketchup, one with everything on it, and one with pickles and mustard. I understand it’s trying times and staff is short but get the staff you have trained right and to follow what’s on the screen to make and package.
I can give zero stars if that was an option after 11 pm they close their drive thru. Its just not once its every night. They need to stop paying this workers bc all they care about is asking you do you have mobile order and once you say no they are close for night
There’s a lot I can say, but I’ll keep it short. Rude employees and the ice cream machine is always broke. McDonald’s upgrade ur equipment!!!
I love the hot cocoa for winter its so amazing and when you add strawberry topping with chocolate sooo good .
Gave attitude to my wife when they forgot the big breakfast with hotcakes for our 1 year old daughter that we had to drive back just to get. Can't believe it! Their mistake causing us a headache, gas, and delays in feeding our kid and they give us attitude! They didn't even believe her at first. Why the heck would we drive 10 minutes back and forth for a cheap item like this if we were lying!

One star, only because zero stars is not an option. Holy cow! Waited more than 15 minutes in drive-thru, mind you there was only one car in front of me. They handed me the wrong order. Should've keep the wrong order because the right order was cold and under-cooked. Disgusting! The food was not edible. Simply, had to throw it away. The kids working the drive-thru couldn't stop giggling as if terrible service was funny? The manager seemed to enjoy the laugh fest. Don't go here ... it's as bad as bad gets! You'd be better eating dog food.
Every time ive gone to this McDonald’s I’m left so frustrated! The only reason they r getting two stars is because the guy or girl who takes the money is always so nice. I hate the app but that’s a whole other 1 star review. It works on occasion. The final straw today was that while I was putting drinks in the cup holder, the woman handing me my food said the rudest “hello” ever! I was already frustrated because I had ordered the same thing I always do and attempted to use the same coupon I’ve used several times but today the order didn’t qualify. And then she “hello”d me and I’ve had all I can take! So done.
Was given the wrong food, corrected them after I was told that's what I paid for. Then asked to pull into a spot to wait for my food. 10 minutes later I got my nuggets and fries. I was missing 2 nuggets and fries had no salt on them. Half way to work I realized they didn't give me my drink either, luckily I had a hot cherry coke in the back seat.
