Well the person that took my money was very nice and polite and the service was fast enough but the person that handed me my food was so rude and I just couldn't believe it I pulled up and said good morning how are you and he literally pitched the sack of food to me and then shut the window in my face without saying thank you or anything literally just slam the window in my face while I was talking to him I was trying to ask if he put the strawberry jelly in the sack cuz they always forget and what do you know they didn't put it in there this morning either but I will just do without because I refuse to go through there and have it thrown at me I don't get it back some years ago when I worked with the public we would have been fired on the spot if we treated our customers like that and it's everywhere you go nowadays they just treat you like they're doing you a favor for letting you come to their store it just does not make any sense to me but anyway whoever took the time to read this I hope that you have a very blessed day and I hope that you have very good experiences wherever you choose to go to today.
This place always seems not to be able to get my order right sadly. I have given them so many times bc they are around my place of work. I honestly give them the benefit of the doubt bc maybe someone is new and doesn’t know everything yet. But I keep seeing the same people when I go there. My order never changes. Can we please get someone who understands the customers needs for once instead of giving the person what the person wants to give them. I am going to have to honestly say I am going to have to stop eating there. Sadly. Also the lady at the pick up window always has a attitude when I pick up my food and the kid taking orders seems like he hates his job. I honestly don’t think I have had a pleasant experience once. Please do better guys give your crew members positive words of encouragement it might get them some where.
I Always Have An Issue With This Mcdonalds Being “Open”Today I Did A Curbside Order I Used A Reward And Paid The Remaining 6 Dollars. I Wait In The Curbside Area For 10 Minutes Go To Check And They Have A Sign That Says We Are Closed.So Frustrating When Google AND The App Says This Location Is Open And You Get There And Theres A PAPER Sign Saying We Are Closed. Oh But You Bet This Location Charged My Card.Im Going To Start Taking My Buisness To The Mcdonalds On Dalrock. This Mcdonalds Sucks.If I Could Give Them No Stars I Would
Have gone here many times and they leave me disappointed every time. Cold fries, cold food, the wrong order. I have a lactose allergy that’s disregarded every time I go, their phone number to call the store doesn’t ring to let them know about their food quality. Don’t waste your time expecting your food order to be right. Taking time out of my day to come here on my lunch breaks for this and I can’t even eat it. This is pathetic.
Placing a mobile order is the way to go. I have had minimal issues at this location. Good for a quick and easy bite to eat.
Drive through order request at McDonald's.I ordered a happy meal hamburger and a 6-piece MC nuggets meal. Once at the pick-up window, the young lady tells me to drive to pickup location #2 because the order wasn't ready. 15 minutes later, and after cars behind me got their orders before me, I had to ask one of the young ladies delivering meals to car waiting. I ask why I haven't received my order request. She asked me for my receipt because she didn't see anything in the waiting area. I gave her the receipt, and she came back immediately with my order request and stated I'm sorry. I will not be going back to this location!
Poor quality in food. Forgot items we requested. They are short staffed so it's understood but the McDonald's down the street's is better.
One star is too much credit for this location. You either deal with food often being cold or stale or a situation where they forget an item or two on your order. I'm not talking about the condiments either but actually menu items. How hard is it to ensure an order of 3 items is complete?
Frys are getting better.Burgers are okay.Service was okay but sometimes good. I appreciate the couple of courteous people there.
Rude customer service I told the lady my 10 piece nuggets were missing at the drive through and she looked at my as If I was trying to cheat them for 4$ and said let me see your bag and starts digging through my bag of food looking for something that isn’t there to begin with , and gives me a look, I decided to cancel the whole order and left , never going there again , I was respectful the whole time and received nothing but disrespect.
