The Waterview location in Rowlett TX seems to literally be ran by kids. Walked in everyone's sitting down on their phones. Yelling loudly across the store at each other. 2 orders on screen that no one's started. Also they haven't updated menu prices on the Display screens so I paid more than originally intended for less food. Need an actual adult in the building to supervise what's going on.

Definitely better than dominoes. Super friendly people at the Waterview location. Leaving Texas and will miss me some Marcos pizza.

Tried to order pizza online,their website is down. But, when I call, they know the website is down but will not honor the online prices. Getting Domino's Pizza! Ridiculous!!!

Tried every pizza place in rowlett big chains dont compare to the service

Thank you for having an understanding when I came in to place my order , I appreciate the correction of my order from the manager Angelina . I realize it was a stressful moment , but want her to know she done great and everything will be ok . God bless her and her Marco's pizza staff . Happy holidays and have a great New Year's !

Can hear other staff cussing in background when person takes order on phone - and then messes up order. But they're too short-staffed and too overwhelmed to remake it in less than 30 minutes of waiting. Which means other pizza would just be even more ice cold than it already was. Out of toppings. Also can't order Canadian Bacon anymore, have to say "ham" or they won't know what you mean. Funny how it still looks and tastes like CB to me. Asked when a manager might be available to talk "Not here.""Yeah, but when?""Dunno, maybe Thursday or Friday." so the store doesn't even keep a manager on duty daily. Explains SO MUCH about the horrible service and food over the last 2 years. Used to be our favorite place. Now it's worthless.

Good pizza, terrible service. They told me my order would be a few more minutes. I waited for 5 before I asked again. Then they picked up the pizza that had been sitting there all along and handed it to me. Over the last few months I have noticed a decline in service.

Even when they deliver your pizza to the wrong house, tell you they're going to give you a credit, then argue with you when you call to use the credit, and you can prove it with phone records, they'd rather lose you as a customer after 7 years than admit they might have made a mistake because the credit they tell you the credit they gave you isn't in the computer, so you're a liar, and you won't be getting a pizza that costs them 3 bucks. Krista the manager will argue with you just to make you angry, then get upset at you for being angry. The customer is never right here, and you should just go ahead and call Papa John's. The pizza is better anyway.

It would be great to give you feedback on your website but there's no option for that. The pizza is good, the service is fair. Is it too much to ask that the items on my receipt are given to me? Missing a salad, missing the extra dipping sauces, missing the customer love. This is good pizza for a chain but if you can't get your service right, I'll find some place that can.
