Stopped by here after a Walmart run, to get some cheap, quick pizza. They really need to improve their crust. It was very oily and a bit tough. Cheese and sauce are good in my opinion. Crazy bread was the worst I've ever had. I remember loving this stuff back in the 90s and it was usually soft and tender. This was tough, misshapen and awful.
Straight garbage service. The 2nd time I done tried this place. Customer service is horrible. Stood in line for them not to even acknowledge me. On top of that is was about 5-6 employees in the store both times. First time I let it ride but this time nah they need to do better. Whoever franchise this is do better are you gone lose in the end.
Terrible customer service. First of all I’ve called twice to order or with questions about about item on menu and both times rude as$ ladies pick up with Bad tone. Second time I called the lady put me on hold and I had to hang up after 20 minutes of being on hold. I could here them bickering in the back ground not taking orders. All in all terrible experience and I’ll have to make the extra 10 minute drive if I want to get little Caesar’s somewhere else
Called ahead , said 20 minutes and I got there exactly 20 minutes later . Staff was goofing around in the back and some guy was wearing sunglasses inside which just looks stupid . Still here and been here for 30 minutes now ( time since call 52 minutes and still no pizza)
we go here a lot, 9 out of 10 times it’s perfect they usually never get it wrong. good service too. usually people working at places like this aren’t too friendly but here it’s great.
Very bad customer service. I have to wait for more than 45mibs fir an order without courtesy of telling me why the wait. Was given initial fine minutes of wait which turn to 30 mins and was told to wait fir another 10mins. Terrible
This is by far one of the worst little Caesars in town. They never answer, when they do answer and you make an order for pick up, by the time you pick out, their out of some of the items you ordered! Don't even call you back to inform you. A bunch of little high school kids that don't know what they're doing. It's a shame
I ordered a cheese pizza and crazy bread over the phone.. pizza was fine but the crazy bread was all dough and they only gave me 3 needless to say it was a waste of money for something I would have waited for them to be fully cooked and gotten the full order of crazy bread
Ordered a $40 meal using the app and got burned. Asked for delivery since it was offered, tipped 18% for their efforts. Ended up with no meal, no money, and a delivery driver that just ran off when I told her that was the wrong order. I called Little Caesars where my food was made and was told they don't deliver and as far as they are concerned it isn't their problem. I was told I would need to contact Door Dash to file a complaint which they didn't even have the right order. I love Little Caesars pizza but avoid this place. Terrible service, shady delivery stuff, and the App on line in the play store is likely the root of the confusion.
Worst customer service ever. Manager doesn't know how to expedite his own employees to take or fulfill orders, and he doesn't know how to assess mobile orders along with store orders. The Rockwall location is extremely efficient and is a better choice between these two locations.
