Under new management and ownership. I have had nothing but bad experiences here. On three occasions they have messed up my order.I went back and complained the last two times and the manager they have on staff ( he’s always there) literally questioned my integrity!When you try to reach them by phone their line is constantly busy. Will definitely not be going back there and advise all who do please make sure you triple check your order before driving off.
They must have had a really off day because my food came with extra items of which shouldn't be ingested. They use to be good precovid. So for now, a score of 2 but hopefully they'll be back on track when this ends. Thank you for the offer of 11$ off but i won't be back anytime soon. However, i never received the email it claims was sent. Maybe after the pandemic I'll return.
Every time I go here the food is perfect and Hot! The employees here are always super nice and have big warm smiles on their faces every time. Yesenia is my favorite, she is always in a great mood and even knows my order better than I do, she’s an amazing employee with a great team and I will keep eating here because of them!!
Long drive from Paris Tx. but we eat there making sure the chicken we buy is fresh and hot so.e how we get lucky on that, and we always bring some back home.
Everytime I visit this location I never receive my plastic spoon. If I pay for mac&cheese and I leave the drive through to only find out I have no eating utensils it ruins the whole meal
I ordered online for pick-up and my order was missing 1 piece chicken, 1 side and all the sauces that I ordered. Fries were very soggy that I couldn’t even eat it. It’s very frustrating! It was a single order and can’t even get that right?? Definitely not ordering from this location ever again.
Don't waste your time. The dining room was "closed today" even though the sign on the door clearly states that they are open for "Mobile Orders, Carryout and Dine-In". We diverted to the drive through as the door was locked and we were told that it would be 10 minutes to wait for our order. It was 11am, not some crazy time. Went to Burger King instead for an Impossible Whopper.I'm not sure what's going on at this location, but it doesn't seem like they know what they are doing. The worst thing is that they are going to have a dismal first day of Beyond Chicken Nuggets at this location and those nuggets will probably be discontinued here.
It was good. Would love to have hot fries at least once from here. Some visits are better than others.
My wife, Denise, wrote a bad review of this store (you can read it here) and as you can see, customer service answered with what appeared to be an apology asking her to reach out to them. She called the KFC number provided and was on hold for over 10 minutes only to get a message that the extension was not available. Looks like KFC will soon join the many restaurants that have gone under. Happy New Year!
I cannot believe this business is actually still open. Since the new owners took over…it has gone so downhill. You never get what you order and if you complain they say tough. That’s how it is. Colonel Sanders is turning over in his grave at this location. They are rude…to everyone generally and they could care less. Oh and we recently learned they no longer offer a senior discount. They should be shut down and KFC should get a new owner. We’ve tried several times to give them another chance…done! Y’all go to Rockwall or one of the better restaurants in Garland.
