Absolutely disgusting wings! Will never order again.
Wings were just “okay”. They were meaty but also fatty and super dry. Charged extra dollar for 2 blue cheese that we didn’t even receive. And they split our 16 piece order into 2 separate containers and split the fries between the two containers with the 8 wings instead of putting the wings in one container and fries in the other container. In turn, the little bit of sauce on the wings ended up saturated into the fries. Won’t order wings from here again, will go elsewhere next time.
Why do the area restaurants in Rowlett always blame the delivery company for bad food? The delivery drivers have no control over under seasoning, overcooking and shoddy packaging, Not to mention excluding napkins, straws, and other condiments that are supposed to come with the meal. It's really simple to take an inventory of the order before you give it to the delivery driver.Take some responsibility for the poor quality of your food and do better. No one cares that you are "sharing your experience with our team members". That means absolutely NOTHING to a customer that spends $50 on food and has a bad experience. Offer a refund or a free meal that exceeds the amount of there previous order to address the customers inconvenience. I've never seen a restaurant with a worse review history and all of the complaints are about the same thing. Obviously, sharing our concerns with the team are falling on deaf ears. Pathetic!
Great amount for the price and aside from the lemon pepper I loved every flavor. We had some who liked those, but I don't think I'd recommend them unless you like your wings really salty. I don't understand the other reviews, this place might be my new favorite wing place.

I was disappointed in the taste....it just wasn't goodIt was my first time and wanted to give them a try instead of typical Wing Stop but lesson learned and the wings were from Chilis
If I could give ZERO stars I would. Never have I ever felt so cheated, misled or disgusted with food and it's advertising. 1st, this is chili's, not just wings. Second, the wings are atrociously terrible, not just bad, but disgusting! No taste, poorly cooked and the fries, limp tasteless pieces of garbage. Been trying to call and complain, but of course after numerous attempts the line goes unanswered. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
Wings and fries were cold, we had to reheat them because I couldn’t find the place. Called their number repeatedly and it never rang. Called a different location and it mentioned they’re inside Chili’s, who would have thought? It’d be nice if online ordering mentions that important fact. Wasted precious gas looking for them. Probably won’t order from them again
They took it upon there self to change my order without asking and still charged me the food was soggy from the chicken to the fries and didn’t even except responsibility for there actions. I would never recommend this place and if your ever in cedar city find somewhere else.
worst food ever. They sent me a raw wing, wet and cold fries. all of it went in the trash. on top of that the attitude of the employees was bad. don't do it!
