I've been coming to this donut shop for what must be 20-25 years now. It's everything you want a donut shop to be: friendly staff, fresh and delicious donuts, and affordable."Hot Donuts", as I know it, has the best kolaches (sausage rolls) anywhere, not to mention the best in Rowlett. More times than I can count they've had a fresh pan of kolaches to pull from and toss right in a box to go. They're warm with a soft bread exterior and tasty melted cheesy and sausage interior. More recently I've noticed a honey glaze on the top too!Seriously, best donut shop ever. I hope they never close.

Best donuts!!! I drove from Mesquite just to get some! The staff is awesome, but the donuts are so good and fresh, you will literally always come back.
Always love their donuts, been going to this donut shop since I was little and my parents took me and I am in my 30s now and after moving back to Texas I've gotten a chance to take my kids who love it as well and they are teenagers. Just a heads up though if you want to have more of a selection go earlier in the morning say around like 8:00 as the closer it gets to noon the less they may have of certain things.
