Best location ever! I’m reviewing my own store and I welcome everyone to come and try us out. If you have a bad experience, please reach out and I will do my best to make it right!

I called to place a delivery order and was helped by William Hardman and was just so nice to speak with took his time to explain the ingredients in each specialty pizza I asked about didn't rush to get me off the phone seemed like he actually cared and wanted me to enjoy my meal very nice dude!

Horrible service, manager William Hardman couldn’t answer a question, to save his life.When I asked him, who he worked for and he told me the general manager was Rebecca and he could not have her call me or contact me and I could not contact her!! I believe this store needs a new manager and new general manager and VANESSA, DEFINITELY NEEDS TO FIND A JOB, SHE CAN HANDLE!! She is over hiring the staff.I feel sorry for the new hires. She trashed corporate saying it was their problem and that they had no idea or control over giving discounts that Domino’s have advertised for. Three dollars off if you pick up your order. My husband and I have ordered from this store many many times over the past years and I have never received one dime for always picking up our own order. I was told the last two times that my husband picked up the orders that we were to get three dollars off!! We have not seen three dollars off, so they would rather lose two good customers over three dollars because they have no control over their store I would go somewhere else if I were you!! This is horrible service, horrible service, horrible service!!!I will be contacting corporate in the morning by phone and I will be contacting the media to let them know that this store is a piece of trash.The Domino’s store number is 8068 it’s located in Rowlett Texas it’s on Lakeview Parkway if you really want good pizza go somewhere else!!I’m sorry that we ever purchased anything from them!! When you can’t hire educated employees that can speak to the public you can shut your store down. There are to many choices for Pizza. People are tired of beingLIED TO!! PLEASE LET BUSINESSES KNOW, WHEN YOU ARE NOT TREATED FAIRLY!!Thank you!!

Thanks to the manager Rebecca this place has stepped up. Her and her team are now like family. Even when we pick up our pizza I let my now 6yo go in and they treat him like he is apart of their team. Keep it up you guys, and thank you so much for everything y’all do.

Holy wow amazing job. Last minute order because of a horrible experience with Rockwall. Driver further because they actually picked up the phone unlike Rockwall. Placed an order and they had it ready as soon as I got there and bragged about how amazing the pizza was and wanted to show me what it looked LIKE. THIS IS WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS!!!!!!

My experience was okay until it was time for me to leave. I noticed the older man that checked me out had on gloves and I paid in cash. After my transaction I noticed he returned to the pizza dough. I motioned to the other employee and asked was he not going to change out his gloves. I left feeling grossed out and evenmore cringy today. Yes the pandemic is easing but cleanliness should remain the practice.

Hands down the best experience iv had with the new GM Rebecca and Brandon 2 really good hires. The employees are excellent!!! Talk about what a difference a year makes. Thank you so much.

Seems like this place has been slipping recently. Earlier in 2021 and for the previous year, this was a weekly routine to get pizza here. Then i started noticing skimpy toppings, especially when you order extra on something. It’s like they would blatantly give less to make a point. Then I would always ask for red pepper and cheese, as they usually would offer. I asked one day and the employee didn’t even want to answer me. Just said “we don’t have any.” Then I asked the next time.Same answer. Not “sorry, we no longer offer those for free, would like to purchase some?” Gladly would have had the customer service been given. I go to Marcos now. Slightly more expensive, but fast service and good pizza overall. Plus this location stopped participating in the good national coupons. Little things count. Fix em.

Did pick up order since delivery service was unavailable. Seemed very disorganized. Got home with my pizza and this is what it looked like. I held the pizza in my lap the whole way home while my husband drove, so I know we didn’t tip the box. It appears the box was dropped at the store! Sure hope my pizza didn’t go on the floor!!! Totally unacceptable!!

I waited patiently for an hour and a half after ordering online and when I called in to check on my delivery I was told it would be another hour or so. The phone operator was polite and knew who I was via caller ID that I guess links up to my order.. I understand the difficulty of employee retention right now, but how hard is it to make a call in advance if you’re having this hard of a time? I’m sitting at home with two toddlers and a newborn by myself and the only option I have to get my order is to load everyone up and come retrieve it myself. Garbage. “We’ll cancel your order and you’ll see a refund on your card in 3-5 days.”
