Very disappointed in our visit tonight. Both orders sat on counter awhile getting cold and no one called out order numbers saying they were ready. The fries were cold. My husband's steak finger basket had a long curly orange hair in it and the cook had hair matching and not covered at all. It was the worst experience I have had there and won't be back.

We attempted to enter this store earlier today. Doors Closed/locked and no notice other than hours posted and we were well within their hours. We did do the drive through and placed our order. When given our two dipped cones we asked for a holder as we had 2 soft drinks as well. This is what he gave us. Placed the cones upside down in a cup!? We wont be going back. They ended up in the trash as they were melting, upside down.

Tried to go for dinner at 7:10 on a Thursday evening. Doors are locked even though their hours show that they are open until 10pm, ll of the lights are on, and I can see 3 workers inside! There's no signage on the door or windows stating they are closed, and as we left, I saw a car at the drive-thru.It would be nice if they had a sign that they only do drive-thru, takeout, or delivery.

Went through drive through at 9:30 - closing time is 10:00 pm tonight for a late dinner. Before we could order she came on and said the kitchen is closed but we can get you ice cream. Very frustrating when posted hours are not kept. I feel like they wanted to be cleaned up and out the door faster is why.

Serenity took my drive thru order and was very rude and yelled. I asked if the DQ ice cream sandwiches were pre-packaged and she seemed to not understand the question. So I then asked if they were packaged like the dilly bars and then she yelled "YESSSSSS, now what else do you want to know?" I'm just not sure why she was so angry? I love DQ and of course will continue to be a customer just not at that location. Maybe her manager can coach her up on better customer service when dealing with answering a menu question.

We stopped to grab lunch at the Dairy Queen in Rowlett today and it was a horrible experience. First off we got a tray of drinks that were not marked what was what. We asked the lady what drinks were what since theybwere not marked. She said she didnt mark the lids so we could take the lids off and sniff each drink so we would know what they were ? What?? On top of that two out of the four orders were wrong. We asked the lady to correct the orders and she kept rolling her eyes at us. Needless to say we will definitely not be going back there.

Hands down the worst DQ I've even been to. I'm thinking the cashier was new, but we were watching her get our order wrong in real-time. Even after correcting her twice on the order and being right on the receipt we were still shorted an entire meal and some fries. I had to come back in to ask for the drinks and the ice machine didn't work. Also, the order included one Blizzard (she thought there was two for some reason) which came out first. The rest of the order took a while so it ended up melting all over the car. The only other guy in there had ordered online and he also had problems. We talked about it next to the broken ice machine. Lesson learned. Avoid this place.

Can't get an order right after several tries, had to correct the cashier 3 times and go back in twice after we got the food because they didn't give us the drinks we ordered and then checked the bag and 2 things were missing. Fries we're underdone, no tots or veggie patties available, nobody knows what they're doing and both ice makers we're broken. ?????

Family order. After getting our order I opened the bag the make sure everything was inside. We asked for condiments and sauces. Their no napkins at all or ketchup, salt, pepper, ranch, gravy, or anything else. Just the food items. Nothing else....

Enough is enough. I consider myself a patient person but this DQ is 0 for 6 in getting my order right. I just don't get it, I don't order anything complicated. I only order a blizzard and request them to add peanut butter sauce. Today, I just asked for an extreme blizzard and I got cookie dough. I encourage everyone who is experiencing the same misfortune from this DQ to post a review as nothing will change otherwise. Sitting another 20 minutes in line to get what I actually ordered is not an option for me.
