I want to order & no one answered & no sign saying the place was closed so I drove to the window & no one was there so I went to go in & the doors were locked & nowhere did it say they were closed. I looked on Google maps & it showed they were open so I made an edit to suggest this location was closed. Then I read the reviews & no wonder this place is closed!
I see I'm not the only one who hates this place. They better off putting another restuarant in that spot because this church's is giving all the other ones a bad name. Employees are rude, the cook he be drunk majority of the time. They never have chicken ready, they open at 10:30 and food not ready till almost 12:00 at times. They need to tighten up!!!!
Went to drive thru nobody greeted and nobody answered when I said hello after waiting more then 5 minutes. So I drove to the window and and someone finally came and said YEA so I placed my order. He came back and said we have no fries and no dark you have to wait 15 minutes. I waited then when he gave me my bag it was missing some items so I parked and got off to go inside both entrances were locked. Horrible serves and lazy employees.
Went through drive thru. No greeting at intercom. Drove to the window. Waited behind a vehicle for 20 minutes. Got up to the window and ordered. Was told they would have to drop some chicken and it would be 15 minutes.Parked in the front to wait. One employee would come out, light a cigar he had on the window ledge, take a couple puffs and then go to his car, then go back inside. A 3rd employee was going to his car. He never took off his plastic gloves and was touching everything. None if them looked professional.
I wish can put 0 star that place is horrible the way they speak to the costumer and food is no good i buy some tenders suppose to be crispy i put in the trash i dnt want get sick is no full cooking
After waiting 10 minutes for my order I opened it and my whole order was wrong! Then I was told I would have to wait 10 more minutes for my food. I asked for a refund. The lady in charge was so sloppy her belly was hanging out, she had a bonnet on her head and she literally was filthy! I was so embarrassed for her! She had a attitude because I wanted a refund. It was all around terrible experience!
Horrible employees. Always have an attitude/on their phones/too busy for customer service. Not professional at all. No management at all. Dirty inside and sticky floors. Skip past this location they would rather be lazy and sit around and do nothing for their check then actually work or assist you. All sodas are out and they don’t even let customers know. They just give you a drink that’s OUT (drive thru) or tell you if you notice to “go next door and refill it”. Never seen such a horrible workplace or work ethic.
Horrible, Extremly horrible food & service and took over 30 minutes to receive food while we were the only ones in establisment. Manager was sitting down and on her personal phone while we waited. When we ordered we were told it would be ready in 3-4 minutes. 15 minutes later we would be told it would be ready in 5 minutes. After 30 minutes they said it was ready and still took 5 more minutes. Fries were cold and no spoons to eat mash potatoes and had to eat with the cover on top. Do not waste your time on this place. No sense of urgency and only saw one person in drive thru the whole time we were there. Apparently they had to wait too.
The restaurant was dirty. Two of the cooks came inside from their break and did not was their hands. The manager was rude. The chicken smelled off and one of the cooks made a comment there was something wrong with the flour. I wouldn't recommend eating here. All in all the experience was awful and the food was clearly rotten. Whomever reads this please don't eat there.
Can someone please send me ownership’s contact info? This location is pure ridiculous. I need to make a formal complaint because the reviews surely cannot be monitored with these problems still going on.
