This is by far the worst Chipotle I have ever eaten at. The staff very clearly does not care how long customers are waiting, they have no sense of urgency whatsoever. I’ve mobile ordered from this location a number of times, they are never on time with my order. Tonight it took 25 additional minutes before I received my food. The staff never once asked what my name was or how long I’d been waiting. They refuse to acknowledge the mobile order customers standing and waiting for our food. Previous times I’ve ordered, they’ve either been very late or gotten my order altogether incorrect. This is the last time I visit this location.
I always buy Chipotle its my favorite spot but last nights dinner I ordered for my whole family was awful. I ordered from the app and picked it up. When I arrived my order was not complete and I was missing items. I only live 5 mins from your location and when I got home all the food was cold, all the barbacoa meat we ordered for was nothing but fat and they did not enjoy their food. I also ordered barbacoa on one of my burritos and they put steak instead. I will not be coming back to this location.
I’ve been to this chipotle many times and it’s been fine every time I’ve gone in but any time I’ve done pick up or delivery I’ve been super disappointed bowl comes last than half full and is mostly rice. I guess they need supervision when making your food
I had. Terrible experience in this place. The brown rice that I received on Wednesday afternoon at about 3:30 was not cooked after taking a couple of bites I noticed it was still hard, I came back to talk to the Manager but to my dismay she was not interested in anything I had to say —- Don’t. Come to this location —— On Thursday my 6 yr old daughter complained that she had had a stomach ache all day at school, she ate more of this uncooked brown rice than me. Thursday nigh she threw up two times during the month night and had diarrheaPlease I can not emphasize this any enough.Beware of this place !Bad. Management. With. Bad. Food. Is not. good
I came in to the restaurant today and it was messy tables and floor. I ordered A bowl to go The handler used a spoon to grab Food but also the spoon touched other foods in my bowl and placed the spoon back in the container which was contaminated!!!!! When it was time to check out the other associate had gloves after handling another customers food bowl She touched my cup I asked for another cup she placed the cup with the other cups without throwing it away that’s cross-contamination and I think that everybody needs to be retrained on food handling and placement
The staff at this location has always been courteous and engaging when I've gone in for a fast meal. They are always warm and friendly with assisting me and the other patrons. I give 4 and not 5 stars only because there weren't any spoons ?
The staff was nice and helpful, but the food was gross. $10-12 & the steak was 90 percent tough and chewy. It is like the 2 or 3rd this has happened. Maybe this place should not serve steak or chicken on its menu because it is inconsistent all the time.
The customer service his is pitiful. The young lady making the food in the front is so rude she throw the cups on the table instead of handing them to me this is disgusting behavior. I usually love chipotle but not at this location.
Whoever owns the Chipotle at 3109 Lakeview Pkwy, Rowlett, TX 75088 should strongly consider training the young staff on customer service. These job opportunities can be extremely beneficial if training on customer service and professionalism becomes a part of their work culture. I patronized this spot last week and overlooked the uncleanliness of the restaurant and the lack luster customer service because the staff is young people. But as a paying customer I have expectations of how my food is handled before given to me. I won't be returning to this location again.
I love Chipotle but the amount of salad dressing that is given for an entire salad is ridiculous. Please either fill the cups more or ask the customer if they would like 2. Just WOW!!!
