They are short staffed but they are getting it done . We sat at the bar today . Found out the bartender walked out just minutes before we arrived . I didn't get the name of our replacement bartender / server but she was total Rockstar service to everyone in that bar area ! Yall better give that girl some maternity leave when her baby arrives in September!I call it like I see it and that girl was carrying that place today !
Horrible service. Came in for lunch and there was not a host to greet us nor seat us. This was the worst service I’ve ever had. When I walked back and talk to the waitress to ask her If someone was going to come and seat us she rolled her eyes and told me and I quote “ I’m busy right now you’re going to have to wait ugh.” Totally disrespectful and rude!!!
The waitress that helped us was very friendly but she was either stressed or something. My husband had water and when she came to give a refill she poured to much in him cup which he had already drank out of and poured it back into the main water pitcher my husband isn't sick or anything but that is gross knowing she did that and what if she did that to someone else other than us. And the restaurant was very dirty we will not be going back to this restaurant again.

So my server Regan was awesome guinue and attentive. Well okay I ordered my usual smokehouse combo chipotle ribs, brisket quesadillas, loaded mash potatoes, corn. Well potatoes was runny and ribs salty. I told the server did ask for manager. Buttttttt her comes Linda the manager she said, the potatoes are not runny, but went on to explain that if they sit they get firmer. Ooo ok lol.. So I told no need to get defensive, she quickly caught herself. Offering nothing but I didn't ask either. She was rude and non sympathetic. Linda linda.....
Great restaurant and food. If you want chips and salsa before you meal, make sure you ask for it. The waiter will not offer it or bring it to your table, unless you ask for it. Plus, the chips and salsa is complimentary, so no charge. I particularly enjoyed the chicken and waffles that I ordered today and had to take the rest home. The burgers that my kids ordered were very big and they had to eat half of it and took the rest home. We waited about 10 minutes to be seated on a Sunday afternoon for a family of 6. We didn't wait too long to get our food after the order was placed.
There were 2 pieces of avocado on a “avocado grilled chicken sandwich” could you be any cheaper Chilis?
It was pretty good. Our waiter was training & I believe he will do great job!! He was friendly & kept up with our table as well as the rest of the tables around us.The food was good. We will have to go back to see how well he is doing on his own
I’ve been to many chili’s in different states but Chili’s Rowlett is my favorite. I’ve been there with friend and family. Their customer service is always great. Staff is friendly and the manager is accommodating. I’ve been going to this place for some time now and I haven’t been disappointed. I highly recommend chili’s Rowlett. Good job!
Great food and amazing drinks friendly service.The manager is always very attentive making sure our experience is good. Hard working manager. I highly recommend this restaurant. The BEST in Rowlett.
