Just bt ( paid for ) 7 piece tenders with okra and a drink , paid $16.01.Came home to find out they only gave me 4 pieces . Since there were more people behind me in the drive thru didn't care to open the box to check . Called the store talked to Eric ( manger ) he said come back and they will make me whole . If they do, I will change the review . But at this moment they only deserve one star . Ticket number 324 .
The last three times we have went, they forgot something from our order first off. Second off tonight we go and the chicken is absolutely disgusting and my kids chicken wasn’t fully cooked. The people rush you through your order and it’s extremely rude. Will not being coming here any more.
Been coming to this location for years and I have been to many chicken expresses throughout the years. This one is the best because they are quick, consistent, and offer great service. Fries are on point and chicken is great!
I will never order from here again, my last 3 experiences with the Rowlett location has been terrible. Given cold food while atleast spending 30 bucks every time will never happen to me again. I'll spend my money somewhere who cooks the food fresh.
I ordered Fish late and that was a big mistake. It wasn't cooked fresh and it was cold before I got home. The sides were bad too. Last time eating there.

Everytime gone in something was wrong with orders. Not cheap. Tea is fine, but expensive. Since switched to new order thought would take advantage of the websites online ordering system. Yeah ... That is a no go. It doesn't actually exist. It's just a button that takes you to locations so you can wait in a long drive thru line.
Old and dry spicy chicken tenders during a busy 230pm today...asked the window lady for serendipity and she didn't give me any. I was excited when I saw this location but was disappointed in the end. Prices going up, quality going down it seems.

The drive they cashier was very rude , he gave me a total I gave him that dollar amount then he told me that my total was different I gave him more money then he gave me the receipt and the receipt had the first dollar amount on it I told him he overcharged me he said no the receipt just didn’t change but the receipt was with the correct items that I purchased. Then he turned around and got a manager and gave me back the proper change and threw it in my hand as if I wrong to him when he’s cheating the customers. Someone needs to teach them to respect the customers and give them the correct dollar amount. And apologize when you’ve made an error. I will not return to this location.
