Took 30 minutes for us to get two small shakes at 8:00pm on a Thursday night. Very poor customer service and rude employees. I have worked at Chick-fil-A before and it should never take that long. If for whatever reason it does you should give your customer an estimate of how long their wait will be. It’s not that hard. Will definitely not be going back to this location.
Haven’t been to chick fil a in a long time and I see why I don’t come here anymore. Cold food, long wait times I thought the extra lines would be enough but this is ridiculous. I honestly paid online and for how long it took to receive my food I wasn’t even in the mood for it anymore and customer service was horrible. Just overall bad and would like for someone to email me
If I could give -5*, I would. Placed order for curbside pick up via the app Just a chicken sandwich. 1 item. Arrived at the designated curbside spot. Entered the spot number. Waited, waited, and waited. 10 minutes went by, nothing. The app even display the message asking me if I had received the order since it had been a while….I got out of the car and walked to the drive-through area, where the employees standing. Asked where’s my order is. They looked and then: Oh, sorry, here is your order. Apparently, the order had been made, packed, and just get tossed somewhere and no one is bothered to bring it out to the client been waiting for 10 minutes.The label on the bag was printed at 8:59 PM. I arrived at the curbside pick-up parking at 8:58 PM. So it look like the order is packed at 5:59 PM, just 1 minute after I arrived and check-in. But the employee just let my order sit there for another 10 minutes, and possibly many more minutes had I kept on waiting and hoping for them to do their job.Terrible.
I had very bad experience today 02/12/2022. Placed the order via drive thru and received the order and when reached home, item is missing. Spoke to the associate, not even concern about that, just requesting customer to stop by in 30 days to replace the missing or drive back to get the order. Weather is bad(cold) today. Once reached there, went inside, again waited for another 10 minutes and the person i spoke is not even there. I don’t think this location has great service. Won’t recommend and go anymore to this location. Simply use the term” my pleasure “ without doing anything. Very poor service!!!!!
Just went thru the drive thru excellent experience. A young man named Taylor provided exceptional service was extremely friendly. I forgot my CC but he advised me to use the mobile app and made sure I got everything I wanted. Extremely helpful.
Great food, friendly staff, clean facility. Love that I am spending at a local business, even though the franchise is bigger, but also a Christain environment. Best chicken around!
Out of all the Chick Fil A that i have had the opportunity to visit. This location is lacking in some key areas. Their order taking was sloppy. They got cara mixed up. The Car Hops/servers were childish and joking around. I am in Awe of how unprofessional the staff were. Your supposed to be the leaders in customer service. My time at McDonald's i got offered 1000 times better customer service. P.S. The chicken was barely warm and the fries were saggy and burned. Do Better Guys we don't enjoy long lines for an unpleasant experience. I hope im the future i will be able to change my review, because i don't want ill feelings towards a great establishment.
The Manager Valeria is very disrespectful, rude and unhelpful. After placing my order at the drive thru for nuggets, 5 cups of water and 5 burgers I drove around and was only given 5 cups of water, and nuggets, NO burgers and was told to wait up front after waiting a while with hungry kids in the car, I was told the order was modified and canceled so I needed to place the order again, I did and continued to wait, for another 10mins, still no burger I had to go in to cancel the order. The Manager Valeria did not even care or apologize.
They have the slowest, most life less morning crew! I use the mobile app and it doesn't seem to help at this location. It's like night vs day with the effeciency that is present with afternoon crew or at other locations. Very slow and they don't seem to have a clue.
Always the best! Really a big fan of the new oversized fruit bowls that are available. Makes it pretty easy to eat for a type 2 diabetic. Celiac in our family--never a problem! Just order the chicken club without a bun. Enjoy! SW
