Absolutely the best burger ever. Its our favorite location too. Only problem is that a few of our favorite things are changed. They had the best fried pickles ever. Covid happened and they didnt have a supplier anymore. Now the new ones arent good at all... they are random chunks of pickles now and the batter is totally different. They also no longer have provolone cheese and the sweet tea is SUUPER sweet this time. Luckily the burgers and fries are still the same.
Ordered a lot and it all came out correct and hot! Not quite the same since new owners but not in a bad way. Better customer service and dining experience. Burger Island has great burgers ?. The best in Rockwall TX. Bring your family and friends and enjoy ? a great burger and ? French fries and a milkshakes, maybe a coke. It is so good it will want you coming back for more.Regards,Dolores June

A great value for the money. Always end up with two meals out of one. Also one of the best burgers ever and by far the best tots. Employees are extremely helpful and friendly
Recently ate Jungle Burger in Rowlett. I asked for my burger to have no jalapeno's. After my first bite i noticed it was loaded with jalapeno's so picked them all off and took another bite, but there was no removing the hot taste so mentioned to our Server that the burger came out with Jalapeno's. I told her that i didn't want to pay for the burger and she flippantly told me that she would only give me a discount on the burger. I then asked for a manager and she walked away with her hands straight up in the air yelling, "I am not going to deal with this today!". She later came back to my table to tell me they would give me a 30% discount (on a burger that was served incorrectly and had 2 bites) and then walked away. She never came back to the table. I had to go to the counter and check out. Never once did i receive an apology for the burger being served incorrectly and was forced to pay for a burger that I did not consume (less 30% discount). The rest of the meal was fine and no problem paying for any of it. It was only the Jalapeno infested burger that i had an issue with. I will never eat at their establishment again.

Best burger I've had in a long time! This place is number 1 highly recommended, went on veterans day not expecting anything abnormal and the staff went above and beyond for me and my buddy. Will be coming back!!! So should you!
Food was good, but service was outstanding. The girl waiting on our table was timely and attentive. The quickness that our food order showed up was great also.
This Burger Island outsells the rest in the metroplex. Great staff and service as staff. Please share gratuity generously.
