Food delicious, but coupons weren't as good as appeared to be, as non-alcoholic beverages were pricier than we'd ever seen, that needing to buy beverage to get deal isn'tworth it. Beverage prices weren't on menu. We had to ask them twice what the cost was. A couple nearby were shocked that their sodas cost that much. Ask, if you don't see price listed. Regular lunch menu was less expensive & pretty filling.
Long wait, it took 20 minutes for a waiter to come and take our order. When the order came the kids meal was incorrect and we had to wait another 15 extra minutes. Also we asked for normal chicken tender but they gave us the kids meal ones. I would just say they didn’t hear us but they were too close so they definitely were. able to hear us correctly.
Have been to this location on multiple instances, recently it was an experience to say the least. We are seated and it took about 30 minutes for someone to come by and ask if we had been taken care of. This is not the first time, one time I came and just walked out because after the 30 minutes I decided there was probably somewhere down the street like chilis we could go to and be attended to right away. We were there really for the drinks and appetizers not necessarily a big food item. The donut dippers were very good, however the service was unfortunately poor. The drinks we opted for about 3 of their tipsy leprechauns which claim to have irish whiskey in them, they tasted like soda and when we requested to taste the pina colada drink (they ran out of mixer..strange…). Honestly, I do not think the drink had a liquor in it because normally with drinks from applebees you can taste it, currently am going to a different location to taste the same drink and will update my review for integrity purposes. The locations music was good and not as controlled compared to other locations I have visited.
The server we had rarely gave my table attention. Was only 4 other tables and never asked if we were fine until 30-45 minutes later even with the help of other staff. Is usually a great place but that day was terrible service. Good food and drink overall
They were short handed with staff. But our Bartender Daniel did a great job plus handled everyone at the bar too.. Food was good. Manager was also helpful. Totally enjoyed our experience.
My husband and I went to have a nice little lunch date. Our waiter's name was Mark. He was super friendly and made our visit there great. We would highly recommend eating there.
Had the shrimp bowl. It was very good. My husband had the ultimate nachos. They were great as well.
This is by far the worst Applebee's location to eat at!! We came for a Sunday dinner and ordered 2-cheeseburgers, 1-salad and cheese bites. 45 minutes to get cheese bites, everyone that showed up AFTER us got all their food as our waitress continued to skip us. An hour and forty-five minutes later and still NO food I finally walked!!! That place was nearly empty when we arrived and half full when leaving, with food on everyone table but ours, absolutely sickening!!!
Our food was quickly served to order and at the proper temperature. Our service was good and the restaurant was clean we enjoyed our lunch definitely recommend this location
Riblets was my favorite meal, even though the burgers and chicken dishes are quite tasty.The half rack wasn't much more than the riblets, so I tried the Asian seasoning. Nice flavor. Surprisingly. Also I tried the traditional BBQ half rack, and they were good.I walked away stuffed and happy.Friendly service. Decent prices. Good food.
