Bone in chicken wings were dry, difficult to chew and seemed it had been under a heat lamp for hours. Shame on Zaby’s. My first visit was my last visit, I won’t be returning.
$15 for six “tenders” smaller than McNuggets!?!? 8 bites and they’re gone. Absolutely ridiculous. Here’s a picture of the 2 biggest ones! On top of that, The fries were cold, stale and unseasoned. I used to eat at Zaxby’s in Florida weekly for years, and they were FANTASTIC. Don’t know what happened here but I’m done with this. I recommend finding a Raising Canes. At least Cane’s gives you get a meal that will fill you up for your money.
This Zaxby's isn't too bad! We have only been in Texas for two weeks since moving from the East Coast so we have to google map everything and all that. You have to watch going into the parking lot because the drive thru actually goes around the whole building, which we didn't realize for a few mins and had to circle all the way around.I also think this one is a bit more expensive than the other's. They told us it would be like $29 then said I mean $23. We pull up and they said $29 so it was a little outrageous, but maybe it is just cheaper on the East Coast? We will be back, not super often, but if we want Zaxby's we will go back.
When you are coming to the round rock location, check to make sure that they season the fries, chicken is really good but until they make their fries with consistency, it’s going to be a 1 star for me.
HORRIBLE! How do you work at an establishment and not know what your promoting or the price?!? Familiarize yourself with your menu before you state you don’t have anything. Pulled around the drive-thru AGAIN to make sure I didn’t misread the sign. I was right and took a picture. Get my food and bread is questionable, had to toss it. No seasoning on fries and an eye roll with a stare down at the window! Def posting a pic! Great customer service…Sadi NO ONE! Even the car ahead of me circled back because he wanted to know how and why he was being charged so much…I wonder why….but not anymore. Great false advertisement!
Service gets worse every visit. Poor service, extremely slow, but good food. Avoid unless you have 45 minutes to wait on your food.This is not based on one visit, but a bout 8 visits over the past few months they've proven to offer terrible, even rude service, and extremely slow .
Employees eating behind the counter, no other customer but a long wait for order, food looked nothing like its picture. Round Rock location is horrible. Fast food restaurants have too many uncaring young people as employees. 2nd time to this location, save your gas and cook at home!
I knew something was off when we first started ordering through the drive through. Twice the person cut us off and gave the total before even asking if there anything else apart of the order.When we pulled up to the pickup window the car in front of us had to give their food back for an incorrect order.When were we handed our food, the guy told us to have a good day and closed the window before we even had a chance to a for our second bag.When we got the second bag it was a combo with fries even though we asked for the just the sandwich(was wondering why the total was so high) the order was never even read back to us.Don’t dare respond to this with staffing issues etc I not only work at a place that is regularly understaffed but have witnessed many and even when a mistake is made it’s usually from multi tasking but a sense of urgency is still present. This guy running the drive thru sounded lazy and tired and liked he couldn’t possibly care less. The one in Pflugerville doesn’t have this issue. Definitely a management issue
I totally understand that things can get hectic when working in the restaurant business, but for the manager in training (Nadia-RR store) to treat her customers with such ugly rudeness and disrespect is beyond me. What is sad is that I wasn’t the only customer being treated that way. I would hope that Zaxby’s reconsiders their decision in NOT making her manager. Nadia obviously can’t work under this type of stressful environment, much less keep a smile on her face. I thought you hired happy smiley faces Zaxby’s? Kudos to Brianna though for understanding and listening to what I had to say about my horrific and unpleasant experience with Nadia.
Ordered online. Fast and easy. No curbside pickup at this time, you have to go inside. But that's understandable. It was still fast and efficient and I didnt have to wait in the long drive thru line.
