Quality has gone done and when you place an online order its always cold. The workers don’t care at all. My order today was cold and my Louisiana voodoo fries just had a glob of cheese and ranch sauce. Wasn’t spread out and I forgot that’s why I stopped ordering those fries when I order from this exact location. I wouldn’t recommend this location at all
This was my first visit. So you know I had some questions about the sauces. The lady behind the mask was very pleasant and helpful.
Very disappointed. I’m leaving this review for people to know what they’re getting themselves into before ordering or eating here. I waited an hour for my online order to be ready, along with multiple people around me also waiting for their food for over an hour. There was a lot of angry customers. No one let me know when my order was ready when I was literally waiting in front of them and had asked about it twice. Some employees were standing around, not doing anything. It didn’t look like the cleanest restaurant and employees had dirty long fingernails. When I finally got my order, the food was cold.. so I didn’t take the food after all. It wasn’t worth it and I just asked for a refund. I’ve never had bad experiences with Wing Stop. I love it but this location in particular needs help. It needs new management and a whole new set of employees.
I placed an order through their website for delivery at 6pm Dec.24th. Order # 6522427907162112. Doordash delivered the food and the drinks were missing and the food was cold. I tried calling the store but no one answered the phone. Then I tried getting a hold of doordash and since it wasn’t done with their app.they won’t do anything even though they gave me an order number and survey after the fact. They told me to also talk to Wingstop about a refund. I just tried calling the store now and still no one answering the phone. So I would suggest that if you order from here to do it from thru the doordash app or pick it up at store… so you’re not in this customer service limbo like me.
I ordered foood from here and I was there at 6:00pm and I have now been here until 7:30pm it should never take this long for food. Don’t recommend the wing stop on Sundance!!
I have been coming since they opened and over the last 3 years the quality has been slipping - but now it's not worth going anymore. I just tried another Wingstop in Dallas and it' like it used to be, so it seems to be just this location, unfortunately. The food quality is lower, the consistency isn't there, online orders take 30 minutes longer than estimated, rude service and constantly rotating staff. At this point it seems to be just a poorly managed franchise. I hope for the staff, customers, and owners that they turn it around.
Busy location but that didn’t just happen. That being said, staff should be filled to fulfill the need of the traffic. There were two cashiers and they both missed ready orders for customers that were waiting before I even arrived. The staff was unprofessional during the rush. A woman came from the back and was joking with cashier. I understand trying to make work fun but definitely not while orders are being delayed, wrong, and there’s about a good 9 ppl standing waiting on orders and waiting to order. Do better LaFrontera.
I had to wait 2 hours for food of which going on the 3rd hour I had the pleasure of speaking with Tanya. Tanya as the GM should learn how to provide customer service to customers that have been coming here for 3 years. She refused to comp my order and gave the excuse of it not being on the receipt which was not my fault so that makes 3 times the order was wrong. Then she began to do the arm hand get an attitude thing. Unacceptable. Send her back to school to learn just a little bit more customer service. Learn to apologize and humble yourself. Check your food and beware because they turn the phone off and it just rings. Poor poor customer service.
What happened to my chicken wings size?? I got a 30 by the piece bone in order as usual and got served either finch, cardinal or parakeet wings... soo Tiny! I was super hungry to ask for my money back, but I won't be going back anytime soon until this gets resolved.
The wings were great! The manager was friendly and provide suggestions that were perfect. I wish this WingStop was closer then the by me.
