The restaurant chain support refused to respond to my ticket so I'll post a review here. I ordered the mushroom burger and got a hair for free (: it was actually so deep into the burger and long that it had a mushroom attached to it.Then I asked whataburger support if I could get a refund for my order, and after 3+ attempts to reach out I never received a response. I know fast food is tricky business, but this is pathetic and disgusting.

I am not at all happy! My last 4 visits at this location were all incorrectly made or missing items. My food is never made fresh. Cold burgers, cold chicken strips. Missing gravy, missing sauces, missing cheese. I used to love Whataburger for making it fresh to order. Now chicken strips sit in a giant metal deep tray and American cheese that’s not melted on the burger??? Forget it!!!

The 135 location, There's alot of employees standing around, and the customer service sucks. They will ignore u until u have to say something , walk by and see u standing there until they have to service you. One Manger who is black is rude and one employee told a customer that there not mcdonalds. People in the drive thru were coming in with the wrong orders....dont go to this location. They need better customer service and better workers.

I will no longer do buisness here. I drive a huge van for my job and like to do curbside. My van dose not fit in the normal curb side slot or drivethru because it is tall and long. But in the same parking lot across from the curbside spot my van fits. I was told that from a manager that they do not want there employee to cross in that parking lot to serve me food. When he wears and requires a yellow safety vest.

The quality has definitely gone down and it's a shame because Whataburger has been my favorite fast food burger place for a long time. I think the servers should take a little more pride in what they serve and not put bad veggie items in a burger if it clearly looks bad or better yet " if you wouldn't like the quality, then don't put it in someone else's. The lettuce has been terrible on the last two burgers I have gotten

Ordered food and they forgot some items and food when we got home, basically half our order. We probably should have checked before we fully drove home. But we came back and had to wait in line again since the lobby was closed. It had been over an hour with cold food sitting in the car so we asked if they could just remake everything while they prepared the other half of the order but they refused to remake our food after we told them our fries and chicken was cold. Even the manager that talked to us refused to remake our whole order and the best he could do was give us fresh fries.

A bit disappointed. I went to get 3 honey butter chicken biscuits for me an my friends. Took a while to get thru the drive thru. That doesn't bug me. What bugs me is the lack of any acceptable chicken on these chicken biscuits. Honey butter flavored breading. Every one of them

A really confusing experience...ordered online for curbside pickup. Waited 5 minutes, then went inside to pick up order. They gave me fried spicy chicken instead of regular grilled chicken in my salad? Very odd.

I'm a truck driver, I just visited this location hoping to get some food after a long day of driving. I parked my truck behind the adjacent Walmart and walked to this Whataburger location in 37° weather. When I arrived, I entered the dining room and approached the counter to order.I was approached by a very rude young man telling me that "You can't be in here. You have to order from the drive thru." I said, well the door was unlocked and I'm already here, so can I just order a meal to go. He said "No, you have to go to the drive thru because that's our policy." I explained that I had walked to the location and thus was not in a vehicle. He responded "You can't be in here, you have to go to the drive thru because that's our policy." I said, "I walked here and I'm already here, so why can't I just place a to go order." He said "You can't be in here and I need you to leave." I asked to speak with the manager, and he claimed that he was the manager. So, I asked him for the contact information for the owner of the restaurant. He said "I don't have to give you that information. You can look it up." I said, "Fine, what is the Store #". and he said "892". So, I left.I normally love Whataburger and I try to eat there when I can find one with big truck parking nearby. But I've never been treated so rudely at any Whataburger location as I was by this rude young man at this location.Needless to say, I won't be back.

Whataburger 4640 E Palm Valley Blvd, Round Rock, Texas 78665 This place just need to close down. Stopped going a while back because the food was never hot. Went this morning thinking even they should be able to get a cup of coffee right. Well NO, coffee was not even warm. How hard is it to serve a hot cup of coffee? And no, these problems are not because of the pandemic, there were problems before and has just continued to go down hill. Just close the store and let something useful take over the space.
