The restaurant chain support refused to respond to my ticket so I'll post a review here. I ordered the mushroom burger and got a hair for free (: it was actually so deep into the burger and long that it had a mushroom attached to it.Then I asked whataburger support if I could get a refund for my order, and after 3+ attempts to reach out I never received a response. I know fast food is tricky business, but this is pathetic and disgusting.

I got a sprite here today & it legit tasted like mold!! It was so gross, I had to throw it out & go buy a new drink somewhere else. Sprite is pre-made, so it had to be the ice. I’m assuming that ice bin is full of mold. It was the most disgusting thing I’ve ever drank at a restaurant! Hope I don’t get sick. If I do, I will come back on here & update my review to warn others. AVOID this Whataburger.

I decided to do curbside since it was early in the morning and it usually packed. When I was parked I waited almost 20 minutes before I called. Mined you there were a couple of workers in the front dancing and goofing off. When I finally called, the same worker I saw dancing answered. He was very rude, yelled at me after I told him my name 3 times cuz he couldn't understand. He finally takes me my food with no sense of urgency. Get to my job and it was the wrong order

Just order breakfast delivery from the one on I35 in Round Rock. EVERY SINGLE THING WAS WRONG. Breakfast taquito no cheese - had cheese. Breakfast platter with bacon - got sausage. 2 extra sides of hash browns - not included. Sausage biscuit with cheese - got sausage sandwich on Hamburger bun. 2 pieces of sausage - got two more sausage sandwiches on hamburger buns. The did get the Dr Pepper and Diet Coke right to be fair. For someone who advertises how they basically make everything custom and when ordered, this is a terrible experience. They have just been going downhill so much… even before the pandemic. Makes me sad.

My first time having Whataburger it was delicious and the service was great even though the line was on it moved fast and we didn't have to wait long for our food I don't know what's wrong with the fast food restaurants in St Louis Missouri but nothing compared to the great service I received there at what a burger in Texas

Employee David Lucas took my order, he was not polite at all and very upset for no reason, even throw my waiting number on the side and he didn’t Offer my receipt, just he leave it on the printer. The rest of the team are nice and polite

This Whataburger at I-35 in Round Rock is horrible. The drive was slowest ever…..thru moved 1 car every 15 minutes. It was ridiculous. Drove away even though had prepaid an online order. Never going back. Too bad, this Whataburger used to be one of the best run stores….not anymore.

Still the slowest one I've ever been to. A simple #5 in the drive thru took 45 minutes to get. After paying, I was asked to pull forward and then around to the front of the building. Drive a little further to the newer location in 620 to get better and faster service.

I've tried giving them multiple chances since it's the easiest place for me to get food after work, and their app is good for customizing as long as they pay attention. Specifically this location, haven't tried getting chicken at others but every single time I get served really old, dry overcook chicken (breaded versions) even though right now they are advertising the Buffalo chicken sandwich, you'd think they would do better, plus a few days ago my chicken tasted like fish, not changing your oil trickles down to a lot of stuff, and my gravy was so watered down it was more like gravy flavored water. I no longer see lines of cars wrapped around the building but your wait time even if you order on the app still is an average of 30 minute waits watching employees stand around if you're in your car watching inside. I've had them bring me half my order, and say opps I didn't look at what the order was, bring extra drinks because they forgot they already brought it out and served cars that pull up after you've been there waiting. Frequently get sweet tea when I order coke, this location years ago used to be one of the top stores, then it became a training location, there's a constant flow of managers...I really want to like this location, heck half the time I get home and realize I have no straw for my drink or napkins, or if the wait is long, I get a surprise extra large fry... that I don't want. It's not covid either because a lot of this applies to before pandemic times, but it's definitely getting consistently worse. I don't even like to customize because they mess up on that and that was the slogan that you tout. Have it your way! Well my way is going to take a long break and hope this location gets better one day.

This review is constructed with rhetorical questions.Do you like drinking a to-go drink without a straw?Do you like your onion rings cold and soggy?Do you like to have no napkins in your drive-thru bag to wipe the dripping oil off your fingers?Do you like to spend 30 minutes in the drive through with only 3 cars ahead of you?If you answered YES to any of the questions, then this location is for you. Enjoy ?
