We went to this location on the way home after a concert on a Thursday night. First, I was told that the bacon burger didn't come with bacon. When I finally got through the line (which took a long while but wasn't even long) I was charged $14 for a medium combo. When I asked why, I was told it was the price. When I got my food, not only was the bacon jam on the burger (requested it not to be) but I was given some triple patty nonsense that I didn't order, with uncooked bacon. When I told the lady in the window that it probably costed so much because I was given something that I didn't order, she just looked at me. I was in line too long already and it was too late, so since I'd already paid and my simple order was completely messed up, we just left smh.

Drive thru was fast but they gave no receipt. This is not properly made nor fresh as you can tell. A half of a piece of bacon. What's that? Burnt, old and unedited, not to mention the chili was cold. Also stated in another review the chili meat was definitely a poorly chopped patty with no beans, extreme amount of onions and tomatoes. A waste of 11.66.

Went thro the drive thru around midnight. Ordered 10 piece nuggets combo. The fries were terrible. Cold and not even cooked all the way. They were just completely raw. They also gave me no receipt. They clearly do it on purpose to avoid complaints by phone. I had to go online to submit a complaint. This location has rude staff and isn’t the first time the food has been nasty. Wells Branch Wendy’s be on they game more.

Overall it wasn't that good. The "new" fries that are advertised to be more crunchy taste bland and definitely weren't crunchy. The previous fries were the best fries out of any fast food place I tried without salt if the oil used to fry them wasn't old. I got the wrong burger, but didn't realize until I was so the way home, and since this location for years treats giving you a receipt like handling the plague, I didn't get a receipt to use to complain with... also prices are getting up there, my combo and one other burger was $20.

Horrible customer service! Fries are always cold I ordered the chili and I got what seemed to be tomato sauce with a meat patty poorly chopped up with an overload of onions and cheese ?? worse experience ever please do better

I ordered my food online a little after 6pm (had a reward that was only good for ordering online and picking up inside). When arriving, there was a line of approximately 8-10 cars wrapped around the building and I thought it was good that I ordered for inside pickup. I went to the both doors and they were locked, so I was forced to wait in the drive thru since I already paid and couldn't cancel my order. When I finally got to the ordering machine, I gave my name and the staff member spent a few minutes trying to locate me because they couldn't. Getting to the window was quicker, however, it was already close to 7pm and my food was cold. If there is no option to go inside to order food, it should be removed. I don't eat out often, but will definitely not be coming back to this location again.

I just left Wendy's on Greenlawn and Louis henna in round rock. I ordered the $1.00 biscuit drive thru told me they didn't have it. I asked twice. As we were leaving I saw the billboard on the window. What's really! Going on with Wendy's. I wanna talk to Wendy. Forget it we went to Mc. Donald's.

this location is always incredibly rude and there's a 50/50 if your order will be made correctly. honest to God worst Wendy's I've ever been to. only reason I have to keep coming here is because it's close to my boyfriend's work and he wants it for lunch.

I had ordered on the Wendy’s App. When I arrived there was a big line of cars and lobby was closed. Once the car ahead of me pulled forward the store turned off lights. They had closed registers down. Two other people and myself asked to speak to the manager and the red headed woman ignored us. One of the workers said there’s nothing they can do about our food or refunds. They said the manager was busy and couldn’t speak to us. Worst experience at a restaurant/fast food. Extremely poor leadership and the whole night crew should be restaffed.

We got beef and cheddar sandwiches but where is the cheedar and large fries that were small in large container.. fast food has become impossible to get what you paid for. Shame on you Arby's..
