The lettuce was gross, my sandwich was soggy and the onions rings were just greasy strips of onion. The bacon cheese fries were the only good thing and I had to walk back in after waiting in the drive thru for 20 min because they forgot the bacon and cheese.. I won’t be back

I do recommend Wayback Burgers. I really enjoyed their french fries. They earned back 1 star by kindly replacing the undercooked (by my standards) bacon that I had asked be cooked crispy. Very friendly staff & nicely clean restaurant.

Tried one of the best old-fashioned burgers I've had in a long time. I ordered the "classic" but there are several yummy sounding burgers/sandwiches on the menu. I wanted a burger so I just focused on that from the menu. I'm O-L-D so I think I know old-fashioned when I have one. Dine In. Drive Thru. Curbside. Reasonably priced & delicious.

So I just went through the drive through... And got a regular chocolate shake. After waiting for an extended period of time considering I was the only person in line, I took a sip of my milkshake, and it tasted like chemicals! Now I have gotten shakes there several times... Never tasted like chemicals. I don't know if it was made in a dirty container or what. But I went back and knocked on the door and asked for a refund, it is late, and I had my 7 month old, my 2 year old, and my husband in the car. The lady was young thin maybe in her 20s and long dark hair in a ponytail. She told me she could not give me a refund and I said I didn't want a new shake because something was wrong with it. But I really just wanted a refund. She was not nice said she couldn't give me a refund, and then she told me to leave then. I said okay then I will leave but what is your name. She then said she was not allowed to give me her name. I then got my camera and took a picture of her. I was really upset. I will never go back. Ever. That is the worst customer service I have ever had in my life. This was like 8:30 pm 04/29/2022. Crazy how the world thinks this kind of customer service is okay.

Went in last night with family visiting from out of town. We went in at about 8pm, an hour before close. Ordering the food was fine and service seemed proper. However, it seems the kitchen tried to rush out the last few orders of the night along with our 4 burger order. At 9pm sharp , they asked us to leave even though I hadn’t finished my half-cooked meal yet. When we were at home an hour later, my sister had very bad diarrhea immediately. I suffered a similar fate in the middle of the night with indigestion and got no sleep. The burger Patties were most certainly undercooked due to the rushed nature of the kitchen team during our visit. If Wayback has to sacrifice quality and even the health of their customers just to start their closing process at 9pm on the dot then they need to go back and learn Business101. They won’t have to worry about getting wrapped up by closing time when the customer traffic starts to dwindle. All in all, was very disappointed with our 65$ experience.

Tried the fiery bacon burger. Was excited about it, because it looked like it was be good and spicy. The picture of the burger has what looks like fresh sauteed jalapenos, and they were pickled nacho jalapenos which was not the flavor I was looking for. The fiery fries were the same. Picture is misleading. Son liked his chili bacon dog, and bacon fries, and is the only reason I'm not giving this place a 2.

Just stopped in for a late lunch with my family and we were all pretty disappointed with our meals. Everything was bland; it didn’t even taste like they used salt. The oil used to cook the fries just made the fries taste like rancid seed oil. I wanted to like it as I try my best to support small and local businesses, but the food was just not good and it’s obviously due to the poor quality ingredients and cut corners.

Really solid old fashion double burger with cheese, however the fries were tasteless and soft, no crispness at all. I ordered the O Fries, combination of fries and onion rings and the onion rings were just ok. Burger had great flavor and nicely soft bun. Don’t understand why mgmt cannot make sure all aspects are up to par. Cook fries to order and NEVER serve fries that are not right out of the fryer and season them. Just terrible execution. There are so many very good burger places that bad experiences are almost impossible to overcome.

Customer service is not great at all they messed up my order and the gentleman at the counter continues to touch his hair and walk in kitchen and not wash his hands. Staff poor attitudes . Food was average .I would recommend sanitation training and for the staff to visit chic filet to learn great customer service skills

I can’t lie, I was angry that it took them over 10 minutes to make my food when I was the only one in line but the food was delicious and worth the wait. I never order a drink with my food because their soda is always flat
