Usually love this place but have to say, a bit disappointed. Sat at the bar. Had to get another staff member's attention to get the bartender to come over. There were dirty dishes on the bar from previous guests. Staff finally cleared it but never wiped the bar down. Bathroom was messy. Food was good but not great. Seems they do a majority of their business in to-go orders. Attention to detail was just not there.
I asked for drinks and a bowl of chorizo and eggs and I got this instead with no drinks this torchys always messes up my orders even if I make them online
We ordered 6 Tacos only received one that was correct. This is the fourth time we've tried ordering from this location because it's the closest one to us to see if it will improve but it hasn't. I selected flour tortillas for all and only one was flour, ingredients selected to have removed were kept on tacos such as cilantro...I received a salmon taco that I didn't order, duplicate chicken Fajita Tacos that we only ordered one of. Love torchys, but this location doesn't seem to actually read the order ticket.In the past we have ordered multiple tacos and received half our order, received bowls instead of Tacos etc.

I had to give it 2 stars because the food was delicious as usual. However, the rest of the experience was bad. There was no one working the register at all when we got there. Another lady was waiting to pick up her to-go order, and the girl that eventually came to the register did not acknowledge the other lady at all. We had to tell the cashier to help that lady first. The cashier was rude and made it very obvious that she didn’t want to be there and didn’t want to take our order. While my husband was still paying, I went to get my drink only to discover that both ice machines were out of ice. I walked back to the cashier and asked about it, and she said, “yeah, we don’t have any ice. It’s broken.” Even though directly behind her was the bar, serving alcoholic drinks with PLENTY of ice in them. She didn’t offer to put ice in my cup or apologize. So, I went back to the machine to get a fountain drink, only to discover that both choices I tried were also out of syrup. Rather than bother the rude cashier again, I gave up on getting a cold soda and threw my cup away. Our food came rather quickly and was delicious as always. I looked around the dining area while we ate and took note of how many martini shakers and margaritas I saw FULL of ice. I suppose I could have made a complaint, but I honestly didn’t want to deal with the rude cashier again.For the record, we went to this particular Torchy’s after we had to leave another Torchy’s nearby because the cashier told is that they were short-staffed and the food would take 50 minutes to get. I hope today was just an isolated event.

Just some takeout. I ordered 6 tacos and when I got home they were ice cold. I could tell that they didn’t even heat up the tortillas. So disappointed especially considering that I spent over $30 dollars on these.Update: I submitted a feedback report and I have not heard anything back.
What can i say but excellent bring back the hot tacos ready for it allways good would highly recommend

I should rate three, but I'm nice and understand the guy bringing out the food could just be overwhelmed somehow and forgot my taco. Got a refund, all good. Been to this location a few times and it just is kinda dirty, that is where the 4 stars come from cleanliness. Everything else is good, service is ok, but that is because it is a small space and can get loud. Still a solid 4 stars with the mess up.
