This is our go to spot during the week, before my Daughter's Kung Fu classes. The staff is always friendly, and it's been a good environment for my Daughter to lean how to place food orders and not feel overly pressured. We've had a variety of sandwiches, salads and smoothies. All have been exactly as we've ordered, and really good.
This place has great subs. The big Paul with extra meat is freaking massive. Great if you are super hungry and want a ton of lunch meat.
The Italian Sub.....Heaven on a roll!! My favorite place and location of this chain! Hit for Hit! NEVER disappointed!
Small sub shop that is not much to look at from the outside or inside, but don’t let it fool you. We stopped for a sandwich on the way to the airport and were very happy with the service and the sandwiches were great. We were there during the lunch hour and they were very busy, but very quick to get customers orders filled.
Great service from young man w curly hair ,fast & pleasant. Hubby actually liked the Tx Tuna . Our sandwiches were good as always
I WOULD NOT WALK ACROSS THE STREET TO EAT A THUNDERCLOUD SUB!!! This is my first negative review ever, but I feel it is my duty to warn all future customers to avoid this ThunderCloud location at all costs. Went there last evening 10/18/2021 and ordered a "Austin Club", The "sandwich maker" asked if I wanted everything on it, I said yes. Fast forward, get home and ready to eat and guess what? The sandwich was made without chicken or bacon, That's right my "sandwich maker" thought it best that I be a vegetarian. The "sandwich maker" also failed to mention that they might be out of said ingredients and failed to offer any alternatives. This location has been nothing but a series of disappointments for years now (YES, YEARS). Shame on you and I truly hope this locations reaps everything it deserves (IE. Blockbuster Video). Do yourself a favor and support a business that actually appreciates you and cares about it's customer service. Would have given ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE...
Sandwiches are mediocre and have absolutely no taste. The employee who took our order didn’t get it correct because he was in too much of a hurry and was not listening. I realize now why I don’t give Thundercloud my money. Wasn’t the worst food/service I have had, but I won’t be back anytime soon.
Chicken salad good but was suppose to have bacon and did not. Paid for expensive signature sandwich that not complete
