Super Good Food! Hot, fresh, flavorful. I got the Chicken Tikka Quesadilla. Can’t wait to try out more of their menu!

The food is super delicious. we ordered chicken Tikka over rice, turban cheese steak, beef shawarma, birria beef taco. and mango lassi. All of it was perfect and definitely worth the long ride from Buda, TX.

The food:Some of the best food I’ve ever had. Anything with their chicken is pretty much guaranteed to be good. The chicken shawarma (not in a burrito) is my favorite thing on the menu right now but the chicken quesadilla is a very close second. Their turban quesadilla is also a solid choice and can be a nice change from their chicken. If you aren’t in the mood for a wrap you can also get the plate which comes with some lovely rice and your choice of meat (I don’t like this one with their beef very much because it’s closer to taco meat but the flavor is good, just gives it a weird texture that’s not for me). The plate also has some lettuce and veggies on the side and strikes a very nice balance when mixed. For those afraid of spice, don’t worry too much. They offer a mild hot sauce on the side and the food itself isn’t exactly spicy, just packs a lot of flavor.I have tried the tacos but my first impression wasn’t anything to write home about. Just thought about how I would prefer the shawarma or a quesadilla. I do plan on ordering them again in the future just to be sure. The cheesesteak kinda sits in the same camp for me as the tacos but I do prefer the cheesesteak to the tacos. And the shawarma-rito. I like it, and at the same time I don’t. The tortilla is just a little too thin for me and it can get oily fast. The normal shawarma has a thick lovely bread (naan) which is probably why I prefer it even though it’s technically the same thing. And last but not least, the chai tea. It’s the only tea I’ve ever enjoyed in my life. I’ve actually started making it at home and it’s an absolute must try, albeit slightly expensive.I’d also just like to note that the presentation of each order is beautiful, great job. And the customer service is great, everyone is very friendly and you can see the effort they put into it. Thank you!

Absolutely better than all the ratings! Decided to try this on a whim. Guys in truck where friendly, helpfull and an all around joy to chat with.Food is better than you think it COULD BE!Fresh and bright! Well balanced flavors presenting above grade staples in a refreshing way. I will reccomwnd this place to anybody.I have never heard the phrase "ohh my God this is so good" repeated so many times.Try it or be at a loss.

I have been 3 times, have tried different things each time. Every visit has been wonderful. Food is excellent, the owner always recognizes me and my friend. Can’t wait to go back and try something different.

The food was absolutely amazing and the owner is just the nicest. I kept hearing all the rave reviews about The Urban Turban and it exceeded expectations. Thank you for the great food and we are so looking forward to making our way thru the menu and trying everything.

Amazing Birria Tacos and Chicken tandoori tacos! Kids had the cheesesteak and loved it! Highly recommend this place. Tasted like it was a home cooked meal.

Love love LOVE the Urban Turban! We got the Turban Cheesesteak Sandwich and the Birria Tacos. Everything had the perfect fusion mix of spices and seasonings!! We got the quesadilla and tacos last time and ate them before we could snap pics! We will absolutely be back and the guys were super nice and even gave my dogs a little ‘pup cup’ of ground beef. Just awesome!

Great taste, mild spicy, very delicious.I tried beef steak , beef tacos, chicken quesadilla, and mango lassi (yogurt) drink. All Hala food.

My husband and I both got the beef and chicken Shawarma ritos and they were so delicious. The flavor was a unique perfection, we will be back!!
