Stopped by on a Friday night for a few drinks after having dinner in downtown Round Rock. It was crowded, but was able to find a table inside. Waitress immediately came over to ask about our drink preferences and made some recommendations based upon that. We had a party of 5, but she had good recommendations for the varying preferences. They have a massive beer menu from draft to bottles. Whether you like dark, light, red, ales, stouts, foreign, domestic, IPA, sweet, ciders, seltzers, sour, etc... you'll find many options to choose from. It is fun trying different beers you can't find in most places. Good drinks and service.

Great open air environment. Lots of outside seating (more than indoor) I had the light ale (named firehouse, I believe). Delicious. Smooth with good flavor and not bitter. We shared the fajita nachos and they were delicious. Great place to hang with friends and have a drink.

I used to really enjoy coming here until they changed the staff. The service and customer experience has drastically gone downhill. Drink times have consistently taken around 15 minutes as before it was a couple minutes at most. The last time I was there the managers were standing around arguing at the bar well. The biggest point of contention was after we were served two new mixed drink. Went to the bathroom came back and there were new guest sitting at our table (across from the bar). We had full drinks, and food sitting on the table. According to the new customers the manager that was serving tables is the one that cleaned it off. The same manger stance on the situation was that he didn’t realize we were coming back. There was hardly any interest in replacing the food or the drinks. Not to mention anywhere to sit back down. Needless to say we left and will not be returning.

Went to this location for a pride Event ( silent party) first time at the Tap. We sat on the patio and had the Best service I've had since the pandemic in Austin. OUR waiter was patient, friendly, and efficient. Allan Hirmas is his name, and he will never be forgotten. I truly didn't expect such a nice experience. THANKS ALLAN !

Food was great and service even better! Sam and Bob...AMAZEBALLS!!! Love the customer service these two provide. We will definitely be back. Thank you both for being so awesome to my kiddo too. Bob, you made his day with the cherry coke!

First time for my wife and I visiting The Brass Tap. It was a cool experience. The waiter was friendly and service was fast. The Brass Tap is bigger than what it looks like on the outside. Our drinks were decent in taste. In the back is where live music being played outside. We will give The Brass Tap another time

We’ve been here for an hour, ordered drinks and still waiting. Horrible service

Where to start… Staff doesn’t like law enforcement (bar staff waves both middle fingers at passing police cars saying “fuck the police”). Arrived there @ 11:05 pm on a Thursday night for a friend’s birthday with five friends, a gentleman with red hair said “sorry we all called last call” sign on the door says 12 am. I “was” a patron of this bar for the last few years, will no longer go there. Maybe the one in the Domain has better, motivated and officer friendly staff.

Quiet, low-key on a Sunday.Good selection of brews and well-drinks for us non-beer drinkers.

This has quickly become my favorite spot to go to with my friend on Friday nights. The menu is always changing leading the spot to never be boring. Live music on Friday and Saturday nights at the moment.I personally like to sit outside. Rather it is at the table or by the fire pit. I'm looking forward to coming back in a few weeks. Can't wait to see what new drinks they have on tap.
