Ordered food online three days in advanced because the order was large and I knew we were going to be on a time crunch that day. I showed up 20 minutes after I had scheduled the order in hopes that it would be ready. I went to the drive through where they told me I couldn't pick it up there, so I had to wait 20 minutes to get out of the line and go inside. When I finally got inside, they hadn't even started on my order even knowing that I had been there in the drive through line!!!! It took 45 minutes to pick up an order that should have taken 2 minutes to get.Will NOT be returning

Pros: Friendly. Quality is very good. App is available. Curbside. Margaritas. Next to Starbucks. Quesadillas. Queso. Variety tacos. Fajitas. Breakfast or dinner.Cons: Location hard to get to if traveling East. Can't crossover the intersection across from Walmart.Overall: Good.

Did an online order for pick-up. Order almost entirely wrong as if they didn't read any of the selections made (which are required choices). Didn't include any of the sauces including the additional ones (they charged us for them). The most frustrating part of all the mistakes is getting beyond meat when it wasn't even the default option! Secondary no honey for sopapillas. Only good experience with order was the Strawberry Mango Margarita being strong otherwise would give 0 stars

They take forever to get order ready. They changed the quality of the queso, too.I changed my rating to 1 star from 3. I've been there 3 times since I reviewed them the first time. They ALWAYS get the order wrong and when you call back, they don't answer the phone. There's a Whataburger across the street. Go to it instead.

I put in a curbside order because that’s the only way to redeem taco cabana rewards. I get there and called the restaurant to let them know I’m there. The person who answered the phone asked if I could come inside to get it. I responded I was a little confused and asked if they were no longer doing curbside. He replied they could bring it out to me but that they were busy. I just went in and got the order but you don’t tell that to your customers.

Got to the drive-thru at 9:30pm; waited 15 minutes to get to the speaker only to get told that they’re closed but only handing out online orders.How are you taking online orders but can’t help a customer who drives to your drive-thru?You have a single line in the drive-thru so waited 20 MORE minutes just to get out of the line to go somewhere else.

This location always has signs promoting new or returning items just to not have the item for weeks. Take your false advertising down, this location clearly can't provide what every other taco cabana in town can.

Just ordered door dash from here off my bf’s account and got absolutely nothing what we ordered (door dash didn’t even have the seasonal options). I want to throw it all in the trash.

Its been quite awhile since I've been back to this location. It seemed like the good was over salted, no napkins in the dining room, salsa bar was not even out.

The food is really good at this place. But the customer service is really bad. The last three times I've been there they've gotten my order completely wrong two times, not even close to what I ordered.
