Such a disappointment. The only thing consistent about this location is being inconsistent. The other day last week we had the best bean and cheese tacos. Today, it was this abomination. If it wasn't for my bean and cheese taco addiction I wouldn't find myself in this unfortunate position of witnessing this poor taco they brought to life.
It sucks ! For very small taco too expensive not worth it. Not to mention we asked if we had straws in our bag He-she said yes! He-she lied. Oh but wait he-she gave us the wrong change, 5 bucks he-she owe us. Not worth it for $25 dollars with bad service.
Had some good breakfast tacos! Fast and fresh and we were late for breakfast but they still have breakfast tacos at 12 for when you get out later from sleeping in on a Saturday.
Ordered churros and they were horrible. Nothing on them. No sugar or cinnamon. Ordered dipping sauce and got nothing to top it off with bad customer service. Always at this branch.
False advertising is a Major pet pieve of mine. I'm old school. If you advertise it you honor it. Period. This place lost a $36 order bc they had breakfast tacos advertised 2 for $3. I only wanted 2. The 1st person took my order, but I needed a minute. The next person then said the menu displayed is months outdated. I said its a giant pic you should honor what is on your menu. Nope. Ok, not coming back. I have a pic but cant post it!
Just a quick dozen bean and cheese tacos. Love that flat pink box! Plenty of fresh salsa to go with them.
I thought the food was better, i ordered fajita tacos and the meat tasted like the one you buy at Walmart that comes in a bag already cooked. It had a funny taste to it. Didn't like it at all!!!!
Attitude check for everyone working in the mornings here...they aren't pleasant ? at all!! Advice to employees and MANAGER if YOU don't want to work early mornings , I suggest a schedule change might work!
Avoid this store. There's a couple nearby; go there instead.-------My wife ordered 4 chicken fajita tacos, 2 steak fajita tacos, guacamole, tortillas, and queso.When she got to the window, she asked the attendant to bag 2 of the chicken tacos, with the guacamole, in a separate bag. This, apparently, was too much for the employee to handle.The girl gave her an irritated look, closed the window, and walked away. The next person at the window identified herself as "shift manager", but would not give her name.Irritated, she asked my wife, "What did you want?". My wife replied with her request.The girl said, "I'm not going to do that. I'll give you bags, and you can do it yourself".My wife replied she would be driving, and made the request again. The "manager" got irate and said, "I'll leave it on the street, and you can pick it up from there!", then laughed at my wife.My wife told the "manager" she was being rude and unprofessional. The response was, "I'm denying you service, I have that right!" She refused my wife the food, returned the money to my wife's Visa, gave her the receipt, and shut the window.My wife drove to the Taco Cabana store in Pflugerville, Tx , placed her order, gave the same request, paid for and received her food, and went home.your store at the Round Rock location has given poor service the last three times we visited - this last one being far worse than the others.We will not be back to that store again.
Don't usually have issues with this location but for a Saturday and pulling up at 12:45pm with no cars in line (drive thru only), we were ready for some hot, fresh food. Ordered the 12 pack of flautas, and they are usually so hot that you could barely touch them right away much less take a bite out of one. These weren't even warm. Like they already had them ready for their peak Saturday lunch rush but it was dead and they didn't want to waste food. Very, very disappointing.
